THEFT – 400 block Lang Dr reported at 10:00AM. Complainant reports that between 3/27 and 3/28 someone removed an Ipod Nano valued at $200 from the unlocked vehicle. Also taken was about $40 in accessories and a wallet.

THEFTS:

500 block Hearthstone Dr reported at 12:07PM. Complainant reports the theft of items from two unlocked vehicles. A GPS, cell phone charger, 2 headphones and a spare vehicle key were reported taken. One of the vehicles may also have been taken for a joyride and then returned.

300 block Maplewood Ln reported at 5:10PM. Complainant reports that loose change was taken overnight from the unlocked vehicle.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – Unit block Effingham Way reported at 3:15PM. Victim reports that a wedding ring valued at about $5,000 is missing and there is no sign of forced entry to the residence. The residence may have been left unlocked.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1900 block Berrel Ct reported at 7:20PM. Complainant reports ID theft and the theft of $37,000 from a bank account. The person(s) involved presented a fraudulent P.A. driver’s license at the complainant’s bank.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:

300 block Tall Meadow Ln reported at 8:30AM. Complainant reports that someone spray painted black paint over a political bumper sticker that was affixed to the vehicle.

1200 block Waterwheel Dr reported at 8:25AM. Complainant reports that someone threw eggs onto the rear of the property, no damage was reported.

DUI and ARREST – Unit block Sandy Run Rd reported at 1:32AM. Police responded to a one vehicle auto accident at a residence. The 19 year old driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a fence. Further investigation by police revealed that the driver was under the influence. This crash also led to several other persons; age 18 to 22 to be cited for underage drinking at a residence next to the accident scene.

DUI & DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd and US Route 1 at 12:50AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 24 year old male driver from Reading, PA for driving under the influence and drug possession. A second male passenger age 25, also from Reading was arrested for drug possession.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 900 block Gainsway Rd reported at 2:21PM. Complainant reports the house was egged overnight.

THEFT – 1600 block Quarry Rd reported at 6:48PM. Complainant reports that two 4 foot flower pots were taken sometime today. The pots have a combined value of about $700.

FRAUDALENT CHECKS – 1400 block Woodview Dr reported at 5:30PM. Complainant reports that someone had unauthorized access to the checking account by a printed forged check that had an amount of $3,823.

DRUG ARREST & WANTED PERSON – Unit block Oxford Valley Rd at 4:23PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of a 50 year old female from Philadelphia. A records check indicated that she had an outstanding warrant out of Florida on drug charges. Investigation by police revealed a small quantity of drugs inside the vehicle. She was taken into police custody.

THEFTS:

300 block Taylorsville Rd reported at 5:15PM. Complainant reports that someone took a P.A. registration plate from a Ford Mustang that is parked in the driveway.

1300 block Colony Way reported at 1:23PM. Complainant reports that an Olympus camera valued at about $600 was taken from the residence.

FOUND PROPERTY – 400 block Kings Rd reported at 1:47PM. Complainant reports finding a bicycle on his property. If anyone is missing a bicycle, please contact the LMTPD; you will have to provide proof to reclaim the 21 speed bicycle.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 100 block Big Oak Rd reported at 6:15PM. Victim reports that the residence was entered sometime on 3-21-10 after 6:30PM.  A Dell laptop computer valued at about $700 was taken. There was no forced entry to the residence.

DRUG ARREST – Big Oak Rd and Stony Hill Rd at 3:18AM. Police on patrol conducted a pedestrian stop of two males that were walking on the roadway. Further investigation revealed that one of the males, a 20 year old from Morrisville was in the possession of a small amount of marijuana. He will be cited by police.

UNDERAGE DRINKING – 800 block Big Oak Rd at 8:30PM. Police were advised about a juvenile male at the middle school that appeared to be under the influence. Police on scene at the school took the male into custody for underage drinking.

DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 12:00PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 31 year old male from Levittown. He faces charges that included; Driving under the Influence, drug and Endangering the Welfare of Child.  He was taken into police custody.

IDENTITY THEFT:

1600 block Covington Rd reported at 10:00AM. Complainant reports applying for a new Employer Identification Number for his business and he was told he owed money to the government for taxes. Investigation revealed that someone changed his address while utilizing the identification number.

1600 block Bluebird Dr reported at 10:00AM. Complainant reports that someone made unauthorized purchases on a credit card totaling $16,000.

WANTED PERSON – SR-332 and I-95 at 11:19AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation and a records check indicated that the 25 year old male driver was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Virginia. He was taken into police custody.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 2100 block Yardley Rd reported at 2:45AM. Complainant reports leaving the residence at 10:30PM and returning about 2:15AM. The complainant discovered that an Xbox video game and associated games and equipment were missing; plus $50 in cash was also taken. There was no sign of forced entry to the residence and someone may have had access to the residence.

THEFT – Unit block Oak Ave reported at 9:37AM. Complainant reports that a laptop computer was taken from the residence during a party that occurred the previous week. The complainant’s child had friends over for the get together.

FRAUD – 1200 block Clearview Dr reported at 5:40PM. Complainant reports that $5,000 in unauthorized purchases was made on a debit card.

THEFT – 1100 block Kathy Dr reported at 10:35AM. Victim reported selling 2010 Camaro to two unknown males from Illinois. A price was negotiated at $30,000 with a $36,000 balance to the loan company. The actors involved wired $36,000 to the loan company and then the victim sent $6,000 to the actors. The loan company had verified that the wired funds had been received, and the victim then released the car & the keys to the actors. The loan company advised later that the wire did not go through. The vehicle was listed as being stolen and it was recovered in a town in Illinois with one person being taken into custody by Illinois law enforcement officials.

RETAIL THEFT – 600 block Heacock Rd at McCaffrey’s Supermarket, reported at 9:23AM. The store manager reported chasing a retail theft suspect from the store. The person involved may have been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

THEFT – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Kohl’s Dept Store reported at 7:52PM. Store management was advised by a customer that a juvenile took a stop sign from the front of the store.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – Unit block Austin Dr reported at 11:24AM. Victim reports that between 9:30AM and 11:24AM this date someone made entry to the residence by force. The front door was forced open and silverware and lock box with personal papers were taken. A pillow case was taken from the residence, possibly used to transport the items.

Loitering & Prowling – Unit block Arborlea Ave reported at 12:57AM. Complainant reported a burglary in progress at the residence. A male was attempting to gain entry through a rear door. On arrival police found the male at the rear door and he was later identified as a 17 year old juvenile and he was intoxicated at the time. The investigation is ongoing and charges pending.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1700 block Quail Ct reported at 1:04PM. Complainant reports that the vehicle was egged overnight.

DRUG ARREST – Heacock Rd and Covington Rd at 1:58AM. Police stopped a vehicle for traffic violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 21 year old male driver for the possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody for processing.

DRUG ARREST – Unit block Oxford Valley Rd by the Shell Station at 8:04AM. Police conducted a pedestrian stop of a suspicious male at this location. Further investigation by police led the arrest of the 32 year old male from Trenton for possessing drug paraphernalia.

ATTEMPTED COMMERCIAL BURGLARY – 1400 block Newtown-Yardley Rd reported at 1:07PM. Complainant of the V.F.W. reported that sometime overnight someone attempted to gain entry to the premises. A door handle on an entrance door was found bent.

THEFT – 1300 block Beechdrop Ct reported at 9:45AM. Complainant reports that two signs valued at about $100 were taken overnight.

FRAUD – 1000 block Farmal Ct reported at 11:50AM. Complainant reports that someone withdrew $7,000 from a checking account and also charged an additional $6,000 on a credit card.

WANTED PERSON – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 2:45PM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation and records check the 25 year old driver from Philadelphia indicated an outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody to await transfer to the Philadelphia Warrant Unit.

DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 10:57PM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 25 year old female for possessing a small amount of marijuana.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY-IN-PROGRESS – 2200 block Stackhouse Dr at 3:40AM. Police responded to a burglary in progress at a residence, the homeowner was home. The actor forced open a rear door and then fled through the front door as the alarm sounded. The scene was processed for evidence.

WANTED PERSON – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 1:20PM. Police stopped a car for violations. Further investigation and a records check led to the identity of the 26 year old male from South Dakota and that he was wanted on an outstanding warrant. He was taken into police custody for misidentifying himself to police in order to avoid detection.

DRUG ARREST – 100 block River Rd at 3:03PM. Police were investigating another incident and this led to the arrest of a 23 year old male for the possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody for processing.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 600 block Leslie Ln reported at 2:51AM. Police on patrol observed two male juveniles age 17 and 18 stumbling in the roadway. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana and the consumption of alcohol. Both were taken into custody and cited for disorderly conduct.

DRUG ARREST – Whitehall Ln and Edgewood Rd at 12:51AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 20 year old driver for the possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

DRUG ARREST – 1000 block Roelofs Rd at 10:49PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 22 year old male from Trenton, NJ for the possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody for processing.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 400 block Ramsey Rd reported at 4:28PM. Victim came home and found that residence had been entered, this occurred between 3:30PM and 4:30PM. Various items were taken along with a pillow case.

SOLICITORS – Lang Ct and Roelofs Rd reported 5:30PM. Complainant reported solicitors in the area operating without permits; they were attempting to sell power windows and siding. Four solicitors were located in the area and all are being cited for soliciting without a permit.

DUI ARREST – 1000 block River Rd at 2:00AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 28 year old male driver for driving under the influence.

WANTED PERSON – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 3:04PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check on the 23 year old male indicated an outstanding warrant. Further investigation also revealed that he was in possession of drugs and further charges are pending. He was taken into custody, processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
