This is one of those sites that is fun to develop. Every few years we change the theme and it's one of the rare times I get to use animation. I am not a big fan of animation in websites but sometimes it just goes so well. Right now it's a shooting star over the desert. In the next reincarnation, it may be a jellyfish in a marine theme or an astronaut in a space theme.
