GRAFFITI / CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1100 block Edgewood Rd at the Township Baseball Complex, reported at 4:00PM. Police were advised of graffiti spray painted on the rear of the concession stand at this location. The “tags” are similar to those painted on a commercial building over the weekend. DUI / ARREST - SR-332 and I-95 at 2:37AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the male operator was driving under the influence. 9/29/08 THEFT FROM AUTO – 300 block Sherwood Dr reported at 10:18AM. Victim reported that a Macbook computer valued at about $1,500 was taken sometime over the weekend from the vehicle. THEFT – 1900 block Quarry Rd at Moon Nursery reported at 11:23AM. Complainant reported that an aerator valued at about $4,500 was taken on or about 7/8/2008. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Stony Hill Rd and SR-332 at 5:33AM. Police responded to a three vehicle accident with the involved vehicles being towed. 9/28/08 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 700 block River Rd reported at 2:38PM. Victim reported that between 11:00AM and 3:00PM this date someone forced entry into the home by forcing the front door. The master bedroom was ransacked and a jewelry case was taken, also a safe was entered and silverware was removed. Investigators believe a pillow case was used to haul the items out of the home. Complainant reported that someone rang the doorbell and left a ceramic dog statue on the door step. Is anyone missing this item from their property? The tags “Theory, AMB and a derogatory comment about the police were spray painted on the wall. 9/26/08 ATTEMPTED THEFT – 300 block Richard Rd reported at 2:00PM. Complainant reported that someone had ransacked the interior of the vehicle sometime overnight Saturday. 9/25/08 THEFT – 100 block Kathy Dr reported at 11:17AM. Victim reported that on two separate occasions someone removed a total of 250 to 300 oxycodone pills from the residence. The victim reported that there are visiting nurses that come to the residence. 9/24/08 THEFTS: 100 block Kathy Dr reported at 10:50PM. Victim reported that $100 in cash and a checkbook were taken from inside the house. 900 block Sandy Run Rd reported at 12:08PM. Victim reported that a pair of pruning shears was taken on 9/21/08 from the front porch. ATTEMPTED RETAIL THEFT – 635 Heacock Rd at McCaffrey’s Supermarket, reported at 8:24AM. Store employees reported that a white male attempted to take baby formula. The suspects fled in an older red Toyota Supra without the merchandise. 9/23/08 THEFT FROM VEHICLE – Unit block Shelly Ln reported at 6:31PM. Victim reported that $14 dollars in loose change was taken from the unlocked vehicle overnight. THEFT FROM VEHICLE – Unit block Effingham Rd reported at 9:56AM. Complainant reported that overnight someone removed $15 in change and a $200 pair of sunglasses from the vehicle. 9/22/08 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1300 block Yardley Rd reported at 6:26AM. Victim reported that a toilet was spread over the front yard area. THEFT FROM AUTO – 1200 block Yardley Rd reported at 8:05AM. Victim reported that overnight someone entered the unlocked auto and took a Tom Tom GPS unit valued at $500. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Stony Hill Rd and Yardley-Langhorne Rd at 8:10AM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with injuries. Both vehicles towed from the scene and the occupants of both vehicles had minor injuries. Complainant reported that sometime over the weekend someone spray painted tags on the storage barn for the Village Pocket Park that is off Edgewood Rd. Complainant reported that over the weekend someone spray painted tags on the side of a bus. 9/20/08 THEFT FROM AUTO – Unit block E. School Ln reported at 6:45PM. Victim reported that overnight some entered the vehicle and took $10 in cash. THEFT – 700 block Gordon Dr reported at 11:22AM. Victim reported that between 9/10-9/14/08 someone removed a Sears Chain saw, Stihl weed wacker and a Sears leaf blower from the unlocked car. The items have a combined value of about $500. WANTED PERSON – 590 W. Trenton Ave at 2:00PM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation and records check revealed that the male operator was wanted on a warrant out of Philadelphia. He was taken into custody to await pick up by Philadelphia. THEFT FROM AUTO – 1500 block Derbyshire Rd reported at 3:45PM. Victim reported that a Samsung cell phone valued at $50 was removed from the unlocked vehicle. 9/19/08 UNDERAGE DRINKING CITATIONS – 200 block Cinnabar Ln at 9:14PM. Police responded to the report of underage drinking party. Upon arrival police found a dark residence but with activity inside. Police observed subjects in the basement drinking and holding drug paraphernalia. Over time the subjects began to exit the residence and police also found other subjects hiding in the basement. Eight juveniles face charges for underage drinking; possession of drug paraphernalia and some were also cited for disorderly conduct. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Dolington Rd at 5:54AM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident after the driver struck a deer, the vehicle needed to be towed. RETAIL THEFT – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Wine & Spirits shop inside the Super Fresh, reported at 1:43PM. Complainant reported that a $10 bottle of Windsor Canadian was taken on Wednesday 9/17/08. Police responded to a three vehicle with towing required, no injuries were reported. THEFT FROM AUTO: Unit block Stacy Dr reported at 6:12PM. Victim reported that between 9/13 & 9/15/08 someone removed a set of golf clubs valued at $3,000 from the vehicle. Unit block Wilbur Rd reported at 8:05AM. Victim reported that miscellaneous power tools were taken from an unlocked van. The tools are valued at about $700. DRUG ARREST & WANTED PERSON – Unit block Oxford Valley Rd at the Shell Station reported at 10:35PM. Police received a call about a suspicious person and further investigation and a records check revealed that the male subject was wanted on warrants out of P.A. and N.J. Also the defendant was in possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification. He was taken into custody. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 100 block Pine Ln reported at 5:40PM. Victim reported that overnight someone cut the latches off of a trailer door, leaving the padlocks on. The trailer was not entered. THEFT – 301 Oxford Valley Rd at the Makefield Executive Quarters reported at 3:06PM. Victim reported that someone took her purse from the main lobby at Zen Studios. The purse contained cash, cell phone, credit cards and miscellaneous credentials. FRAUD – 1500 block Page Dr reported at 11:45AM. Victim reported that someone fraudulently cashed three insurance checks that were payable in the victim’s name. The checks were sent by the insurance company to a postal box. The total value of the checks is $609. 9/17/08 ATTEMPTED COMMERCIAL BURGLARY – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at the CVS Pharmacy, reported at 7:59AM. Store employees reported that overnight someone attempted to gain entry into the building by smashing the rear drive-thru pharmacy pick up window. There was no apparent entry and nothing appears to be missing. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF / GRAFFITI – 800 block River Rd reported at 3:47PM. Complainant reported that someone used white spray paint to paint lines and circles on the roadway. Towns Against Graffiti notified for clean up. 9/16/08 DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 11:45AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody to be processed. HIT and RUN AUTO ACCIDENT – 900 block Princess Dr reported at 8:43AM. Complainant reported that the vehicle was hit while parked on the street in front of the residence overnight. Occurred between 9:30PM and 8:00AM. DRUG ARREST – 1200 block Lexington Dr reported at 12:06AM. Police were advised of a suspicious vehicle and police located a vehicle. Further investigation revealed the two female occupants were in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. They were processed by police. 9/15/08 NON-REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – SR-332 and I-95 at 7:57AM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with citations being issued to one driver. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Judith Pl at Stony Hill Rd at 9:19AM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident with minor complaint of pain, after the vehicle struck a parked car. DRUG ARREST – Fox Hollow Dr and Stony Hill Rd at 3:54PM. Police responded to the report of a disturbance inside a vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the male driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody and processed. THEFT FROM VEHICLE – Unit block Manor Ln reported at 6:38PM. Victim reported that sometime over the past weekend someone removed a purse, wallet and sunglasses from the unlocked vehicle. 9/14/08 THEFT – Unit block E. Manor Ln. reported at 5:03PM. Victim reported that someone entered two of their unlocked vehicles and removed a Garmin GPS unit and a portable CD player with combined value of $199. WANTED PERSON / ARREST – Big Oak and Oxford Valley Rds at 2:45AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation and records checked revealed that the female driver from Trenton, New Jersey was wanted on a warrant. She was taken into custody and then transferred to the Bucks County Prison. 9/13/08 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 500 block Keating Dr reported at 7:40AM. Victim reported that someone spray painted the mailbox with the letter “X”. 9/12/08 THEFT FROM AUTO – Unit block South Circle reported at 2:34PM. Victim reported that a Garmin GPS was taken from the unlocked vehicle. The theft occurred sometime after 3:00PM on 9/9/08 and the unit is valued at about $300. Complainant reported that someone went through the interior of the vehicle overnight, nothing appeared missing. Two vehicles involved. 9/11/08 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 400 block Ramsey Rd reported at 12:45PM. Victim returned home to find a rear slider door ajar. The residence was lightly ransacked and cash and prescription drugs are reported missing at this time. 9/10/08 HIT & RUN AUTO ACCIDENT – SR-332 between I-95 and Mirror Lake Rd at 7:33PM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident, a vehicle struck a Verizon utility pole shearing it at the base. The striking vehicle fled the scene, but witnesses were able to get a good P.A. registration plate and police are investigating. DRUG ARREST – Pine Grove Rd and W. Trenton Ave at 9:44AM. Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for violations and further investigation revealed that the three occupants; two females and one male all from Levittown were in possession of drug paraphernalia and heroin. All three were taken into custody and processed. THEFT – 100 block Tudor Ln reported at 11:56AM. Victim reported that a wallet and $200 in cash were taken from the vehicle on either 9/6 or 9/7. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 900 block Quincy Dr reported at 4:50PM. Victim reported that sometime after 1:00PM today 9/10/08 someone gained entry to the residence. A screen was removed from a front window and entry made, at the time of the report; jewelry is missing. 9/9/08 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 500 block Countess Dr. reported at 9:21PM. Complainant reported that between 8:00PM and 9:00PM someone threw a bag of newspapers at the mailbox and damaging it. 9/8/08 IDENTITY THEFT – 100 block Crestview Way reported at 6:38PM. Victim reported that someone opened two credit card accounts without authorization. The address used comes back out of Philadelphia. THEFTS: 400 block Schindler Dr reported at 8:48AM. Victim reported that someone removed a bicycle from the open garage on 9/6/08. The bike is described as a 26” red mountain bike with a power “X” sticker on it. Unit block Berkley Dr reported at 12:16PM. Victim reported that someone entered both owned vehicles in the driveway and removed numerous items valued at about $390. RETAIL THEFT – 61 Oxford Valley Rd at the Shell Station, reported at 11:40AM. Complainant reported that two subjects entered the store and took about $7.87 worth of items and left the store leaving a $1 on the counter. 9/6/08 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – All reported at 10:00AM. 600 block Long Acre Ln – Mailbox was damaged overnight. 600 block Long Acre Ln – Mailbox was damaged overnight. 200 block Clover Hill Ct – The vehicle was scratched all over the body and the license plate was bent. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Big Oak Rd and Oxford Valley Rd at 3:30PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with one vehicle that fled the scene. The striking vehicle was described as a tan van with front end damage. THEFT – 100 block Sutphin Rd reported at 8:00AM. Victim reported that some credit cards are missing and there is activity on them reported at a Sunoco station in Levittown. DUI & ARREST – Rose Hollow Dr at 5:26PM. Police responded to the report of a person passed out behind the wheel in front of a residence. When police arrived they found the male operator behind the wheel and further investigation revealed that he was under the influence. He was taken into custody and processed. 9/5/08 DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Unit block Black Rock Rd reported at 8:25PM. Complainant reported that a neighbor came onto the property intoxicated and called the complainant a derogatory name in the presence of children. The defendant was angry because the children were playing on his property. The defendant was cited by police for disorderly conduct. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 600 block Long Acre Ln reported at 12:30AM. Victim reported hearing a loud noise outside and upon investigating it was discovered that the mailbox had been damaged. VEHICLE THEFT – 300 block Hidden Oaks Dr reported at 1:59PM. Victim reported that their 2007 Toyota Tacoma was last seen at 7:45AM on this date. The vehicle was recovered on 9/6/08 in Levittown. ARREST – 1300 block Cornerstone Dr at 2:46PM. Police responded to this location after receiving a call about a male trying to break into the apartment. On arrival by police two male subjects were located and detained for investigation. The one male who was operating a vehicle was taken into custody for possession of marijuana cigarettes inside the vehicle. The second male was taken into custody after a records checked indicated he was wanted on a warrant out of Wisconsin and Florida for Megan’s Law violations and aggravated assault respectively. Both defendants were processed at police headquarters and the second male was sent to Bucks County Prison. ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 600 block River Rd reported at 1:05AM. Victim reported hearing a strange noise coming from the rear of the home. About one hour later the victim discovered that someone had physically pushed in the rear kitchen window screen. The screen was separated from the frame near the lock of the door. No entry was gained to the residence. 9/4/08 THEFT FROM VEHICLES: 1418 Woodside Rd at the Makefield Highlands Golf Course reported at 8:25PM. Victim reported that an IBM laptop computer was taken from the vehicle. There was no indication of forced entry to the car. 1418 Woodside Rd at the Makefield Highlands Golf Course reported at 4:15PM. Victim reported that a laptop computer was taken from the vehicle between 3:05PM and 3:46PM. A rear window on the vehicle was smashed out to gain entry. SUSPICIOUS PERSON – 1400 block Woodview Dr reported at 9:49PM. The resident reported seeing a suspicious person near the home at about 5:30AM on 9/2/2008. The male was described as being about 5’11” and wearing all dark clothing with a hood pulled over his head and having brown “Hush Puppy” style shoes on. The resident also reported that a few weeks prior to this a suspicious vehicle was observed and it is described as being a sporty white car with dark tinted windows, possibly a Ford Escort. This person and or a vehicle may be related to the recent theft from autos in the surrounding developments. 9/3/08 THEFT FROM VEHICLES - All incidents occurred in the overnight hours of 9/2 to 9/3/08 at the following locations: 400 block Lenape Ln. 1400 block Overlook Rd. 200 block Emerald Dr – 2 separate incidents. 1400 block Woodview Rd. 300 block Twig Ln. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - 1400 block Overlook Rd reported at 7:41AM. Complainant reported that someone threw eggs at the residence and also broke a window on a vehicle. THEFT - 1300 block Oxford Valley Rd at Kol Emet Synagogue, reported at 11:35AM. Complainant reported that overnight someone removed some of the letter from a sign that is at the entrance to the property, the items are valued at about $1,500. 9/2/08 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 800 block Big Oak Rd reported at 7:42PM. Complainant reported observing a white male strike a plastic sign attached to a Stop Sign with his leg. The plastic sign was damaged and from the strike. 1100 block Yardley Rd reported at 7:00AM. Complainant reported that the mailbox was damaged overnight. 9/1/08 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1200 block Yale Dr reported at 7:30AM. Complainant reported that the mailbox was damaged overnight. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – Unit block Sanner Ln. reported at 2:40PM. Victim reported that upon returning home from vacation the residence was found burglarized. The point of entry may have been made through the front door. The actor(s) attempted to remove a window air conditioner but were not successful.
