Police responded to a two vehicle accident with no injury, but one vehicle was towed. 12/30/08 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1200 block University Dr reported at 12:00PM. Complainant reported that the mailbox valued at about $100 was smashed overnight. ATTEMPTED RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block Langhorne-Yardley Rd at the CVS Pharmacy, reported at 3:56PM. Store employees reported that a male subject loaded up a foil lined bag with $675.17 worth of merchandise, but he dropped the bag and ran after being confronted by an employee. The actor was described as a white male in his 30’s and about 5’6” with a medium build and a long grey ponytail. He was last seen wearing a faded denim jacket, jeans and sneakers. ATTEMPTED IDENTITY THEFT – 1400 block Woodview Dr reported at 9:26AM. Complainant reported that someone fraudulently used his identity to apply for two credit cards. The application process for both cards was canceled. 12/29/08 THEFT – Unit block Oxford Valley Rd at the Shell Station, reported at 10:34AM. A store employee reported that his cell phone was taken from the public restroom of the gas station. The complainant accidentally left the cell in the restroom and when he went to retrieve it was gone. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Taylorsville Rd and Dolington Rd at 3:15PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with no injuries reported, but both vehicles needed to be towed. 12/28/08 DRUG ARREST – 1000 River Rd at Macclesfield Park at 9:49PM. Police on patrol observed a vehicle in the park after hours. Further investigation revealed that the male three male occupants were in possession of a small amount of marijuana and also alcohol. All three will be cited by police. THEFT – 600 block Township Line Rd reported at 1:25PM. Complainant reported that about 60 Percocet tablets were taken from a drug locker at the place of business. 12/27/08 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Big Oak Rd and W. Ferry Rd at 10:14PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with no injuries reported. DRUG ARREST – Edgewood Rd at 9:16AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana. The driver was taken into custody and processed. DRUG ARREST – Pine Grove Rd and W. Trenton Ave at 4:03PM. Police stopped vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the three male occupants aged 17, 19 and 20 were in possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana. All three were taken into custody for processing. The 19 year old who was operating the vehicle is also being charged with DUI. THEFT – Unit block Concord Ln reported at 11:09AM. Complainant reported that the markers for the driveway valued at $15 were taken overnight. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Unit block Concord Ln reported at 11:54AM. Complainant reported that an inflatable decoration valued at $50 was slashed overnight. DRUG POSSESSION – Big Oak Rd and Marlboro Rd at 1:50AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the male driver from Philadelphia was in possession of a small amount of marijuana; he was issued citations. 12/26/08 DRUG POSSESSION – Heacock Rd and Cardinal Dr at 10:51PM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation found 2 small baggies of marijuana. Both female juveniles from Levittown to be cited and they were taken into custody for further processing. THEFT – 200 block Wildflower Cir reported at 1:41PM. Complainant reported the unauthorized purchase of Airline related items valued at $954 that occurred on 12/22/08. The purchase was made with the complainants Mastercard. HIT & RUN ACCIDENT – 900 block Queens Dr reported at 3:08PM. Complainant reported that his vehicle, which was parked in the street, was struck sometime overnight. There is minor damage reported. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1300 block Newtown-Yardley Rd reported at 3:10PM. Complainant reported arriving home and observed a vehicle pulling out of the driveway. Once inside the residence the complainant discovered that the home had been burglarized. Entry was made via an unlocked front door and the master bedroom was ransacked. It appears that jewelry is missing. A possible description of the suspect is as follows: A white male, early 30’s. He had a heavy build, blondish wavy hair and last seen wearing a tan Carhart work jacket and operating an older model tan or brown vehicle. The vehicle is possibly a Buick Skylark. 12/24/08 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Dolington Rd and Quarry Rd at 9:02AM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with injuries reported. 12/23/08 WANTED PERSON – 600 block Deerbrook Dr reported at 1:44PM. Police responded to alarm activation at a residence. Police came in contact with a male at the residence and further investigation through a records check indicated that he was wanted by Mercer County, New Jersey. It was also determined that this male provided false identification to police from a prior contact with him. He was taken into custody and processed at headquarters and he was arraigned before the district justice. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENTS – Police responded to several accidents that required towing of the vehicle(s). : Edgewood Rd and Oxford Valley Rd at 7:42AM. Two vehicles involved. Stony Hill Rd and Cardinal Dr at 12:30PM. Two vehicles involved minor pain complaint. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 400 block River Rd at 3:00PM. Complainant advised police radio of a burglary in progress at the residence. The complainant reported observing a dark colored car in the driveway and then hearing banging on the door. Entry was not made to the home, but there was physical evidence left behind. 12/15/08 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1700 block Dyers Ln reported at 11:58AM. Complainant reported that several windows on a construction trailer were shot out with a BB gun. 12/14/08 DUI & ARREST – Township Line Rd at 1:25AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the male driver was driving under the influence. He was taken into custody for processing. 12/13/08 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Big Oak Rd and Oxford Valley Rd at 6:18PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with injuries. NON-REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENTS – Police on the day shift responded to several minor accidents: SR-332 and I-95 at 11:36AM. Two vehicles involved. DUI & ARREST – 200 block Oxford Valley Rd at 12:05AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the driver was driving under the influence, also police found evidence of marijuana use. Another male occupant was cited for drinking under age. The driver was taken into custody for processing. 12/12/08 THEFT – 1600 block Oxford Valley Rd at the Oxford Oaks Shopping Center, reported at 3:36PM. Complainant reported that between 9:00AM and 3:00PM someone entered the vehicle and removed a Magellan GPS valued at $275. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Taylorsville Rd and Maplevale Dr at 4:23PM. 12/10/08 THEFTS: Unit block N. Houston Rd reported at 7:43AM. Complainant reported that a 4 foot Snow Globe lawn ornament and extension cord with a total value of $160 was taken from the front lawn overnight. 2000 block Leedoms Dr reported at 8:11AM. Complainant reported that a 20 inch Snowman lawn ornament was taken from the front lawn overnight. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1900 block Boxwood Dr reported at 4:29PM. Complainant reported that in the past two days someone cut the wire to the Christmas lights. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1200 block Evergreen Rd reported at 4:32PM. Complainant reported that between 8:50AM and 2:50PM this date someone entered the residence and took three Dell laptop computers with a combined value of $3,500. Entry and exit from the residence appears to have been through an unlocked rear door. Evidence of muddy work boot style prints were observed on the floor. 12/9/08 DUI & ARREST – 200 block Oxford Valley Rd at 9:59PM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed a small amount of marijuana and pills inside the vehicle. The 20 year old male driver was taken into custody for driving under the influence. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – River Rd by Michael Rd at 6:58PM. Complainant reported that a motorist drove to close to him while he was out for a run. After driving past the complainant, the driver turned around and again drove close to the complainant several more times. The complainant was able to obtain a good registration plate and the driver was identified and cited for disorderly conduct. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1400 block Makefield Rd reported at 2:28PM. Complainant reported that someone has cut the wiring to their Christmas tree four times since November. 12/8/08 HIT & RUN ACCIDENT – Unit block Bel Air Dr reported at 1:14PM. Complainant reported that his BMW was struck while parked on the street overnight. The driver’s side had damage. 12/7/08 THEFT – 1000 block Stony Hill Rd at the Hampton Inn, reported at 7:56PM. A hotel employee reported that a person distracted her at the front desk and that while away from the desk the male subject took 2 - $100 bills out of the register and fled. THEFTS: 500 block Stony Hill Rd reported at 10:50AM. Complainant reported that overnight someone entered the unlocked vehicle and took $15 in change. 5000 block Spruce Mill Dr reported at 10:45AM. Complainant reported that overnight someone entered the vehicle and took a Tom-Tom GPS valued at $399. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 5000 block Spruce Mill Dr reported at 11:12AM. Complainant reported that overnight someone entered the vehicle, but it appears that nothing was taken. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1400 block Makefield Rd reported at 2:13PM. Complainant reported that since 11/29/08 someone has cut the wires to the decorative Christmas lighting outside. 12/6/08 UNDERAGE DRINKING CITATIONS – 1100 block Polo Run Dr at 11:34PM. Police advised of a loud party and upon arrival several persons were observed fleeing. Several subjects were apprehended by police and found to be under the legal drinking age. They were cited for underage drinking. 12/5/08 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENTS – Police responded to several accidents on the day shift: Oxford Valley Rd and Big Oak Rd at 9:58AM. Two vehicles involved with one being towed. SR-332 and I-95 at 5:39PM. Two vehicle accident with minor injury reported. 12/4/08 COUNTERFEITING – 800 block Big Oak Rd at 9:44AM. The owner of the Exxon service station reported that on 11/28/08 at about 3:25PM a black male driving a large size Mercedes Benz with fancy type rims passed a counterfeit $100 bill. The vehicle may have New Jersey registration plates. 12/2/08 THEFT – 1400 block Merrick Rd reported at 4:11PM. Complainant reported that a Motorola cell phone valued at $229 was taken from an unknown location and $313 in Data charges were made on the account. 12/1/08 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1100 block Dickinson Dr reported at 9:50AM. Complainant reported that over the past few weeks someone has damaged a bench on the property, also a pumpkin was moved and the residence was also egged. SUSPICIOUS PERSON – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Blockbuster Video, reported at 3:57PM. A store employee reported that a male subject who previously took video games from the store was back in today. On today’s date he was not observed taking anything. He is described as a white male, about 5’10” with a thin build and he has a tattoo on the right side of his neck. He left the store and was last seen leaving the parking lot in a silver colored Saturn Ion.
