HIT & RUN – Unit block Orchard Way reported at 9:05AM. An unknown vehicle struck the mailbox overnight.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 300 block Twig Ln reported at 2:25PM. The mailbox was valued at $50 was damaged overnight.

RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Kohl’s Dept. Store, reported at 3:46PM. Loss prevention detained a 63 year old female for taking merchandise and not making payment.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 1100 block Daffodil Dr reported at 9:27AM. Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Further investigation led to the 17 year old juvenile being cited for underage drinking and disorderly conduct.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – Unit block Concord Ln reported at 2:47PM. The homeowner reported that the residence was entered; there was no indication of a forced entry. At this time jewelry and a passport are reported missing.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:

300 block Twig Ln reported at 5:25PM. Landscaping lighting valued at about $200 was damaged sometime Thursday evening.

1800 block Wrightsfield Ave reported at 5:27PM. A sunroom window was damaged by a BB gun; the damage is estimated at about $300.

THEFTS:

800 block Edgewood Rd reported at 11:16AM. Landscaping tools valued at about $300 are reported missing. A weed trimmer and a leaf blower were taken while the homeowner was inside the residence.

Unit block Alton Rd reported at 12:30PM. A black metal fire pit valued at $250 was taken from the rear yard overnight.

300 block Twig Ln reported at 1:36PM. A wallet containing credit cards, personal ID and cash was taken from a vehicle overnight.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1900 block Polo Run Dr reported at 8:05PM. The resident reported finding the words “Jew” and the Star of David written on hallway wall.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Woodside Rd at the Garden of Reflection at 9:16PM. Police on patrol observed a suspicious vehicle and further investigation led to the discovery of marijuana. The 22 year old male was cited for disorderly conduct.

SOLICITORS – 600 block Heacock Rd reported at 12:32PM. Police were advised of persons selling speakers from a van. The vehicle was located and the two 26 year old males were cited for soliciting without a permit.

DUI & AUTO ACCIDENT – Unit block W. Ferry Rd at 12:40AM. Police responded to a hit and run accident in progress. Police followed a trail of evidence to the area of Lafayette and W. Trenton Ave in Morrisville where they found the involved vehicle. Police were able to locate the 27 year old male driver and placed him under arrest for driving under the influence.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 10:42AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. The 33 year old male was cited disorderly conduct.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 200 block Marble Ct reported at 4:35PM. Homeowner returned to the residence and found an unsecured front door. Jewelry is missing from a bedroom and there is no sign of a forced entry. The burglary may have occurred sometime on 5/22/10.

DRUG ARREST – Heacock Rd and Covington Rd at 12:39AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation resulted in the discovery of marijuana. The 18 year old male was taken into custody.

THEFT – 1200 block Bluestone Dr reported at 11:01PM. The homeowner’s mailbox which contained mail, along with several lights was taken by about 5 male subjects. They were last seen running west on Bluestone Dr.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1200 block Edgewood Rd reported at 11:21AM. Victim reported that someone entered the apartment and removed a radio, TV, complete bedroom set and various other items with a total value of about $4,500. There is no indication of forced entry.

DRUG ARREST – Big Oak Rd and Stony Hill Rd at 1:21AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the discovery of marijuana. The 29 year old male driver was taken into custody.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Yardley Rd and Glen Valley Rd at 1:07AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 20 year old male driver was cited for the possession.

5/19/10

DRUG ARREST – Big Oak Rd and Township Ln reported at 9:21PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle. The 18 year old female driver was taken into custody.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – Unit block Edgewood Rd reported at 1:57PM. Complainant reports returning home to find that the front door had been kicked in and some of the rooms had been ransacked. At this time jewelry is reported missing.

DUI and DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd and US Route 1 at 12:55AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the discovery of heroin and the 22 year old male driver under the influence. Also 5 other occupants in the vehicle age 18 to 22 were taken into custody for the possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – E. Ferry Rd and River Rd at 8:24PM. Police on patrol observed a suspicious vehicle and further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 46 year old male was cited for disorderly conduct.

THEFT – 1200 block N.Bradford Rd reported at 11:02AM. Complainant reports that their free standing basketball stand valued at $200 was taken overnight.

THEFT ARREST – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at Kohls Dept Store at 12:58PM. Loss Prevention detained an employee for taking merchandise and cash from returns which totaled over $520. The employee was taken to police headquarters for processing.

WARRANT ARREST – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Super Fresh reported at 2:15PM. LMT Police served an arrest warrant for a male suspect that was wanted for a retail theft that was committed at the Super Fresh on Monday night. He was taken into police custody at his residence in Bristol Township.

RETAIL THEFT – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Super Fresh reported at 7:59PM. Police responded to a call of a theft in progress. The actor had a shopping cart filled with items from the store. He exited the store and placed the items into his vehicle with two other occupants, then fled from the parking lot. The vehicle was observed by LMT Police off Big Oak Rd at the Harpers Crossing Development. The actor crashed his vehicle and fled on foot, the two other occupants were later apprehended. Charges are pending and the investigation is continuing.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1600 block Kathy Dr reported at 7:36AM. Complainant reports that two vehicles were keyed overnight causing about $3,000 in damage.

THEFTS:

1000 block Edgewood Rd at Stoddard Field. A township employee reported that a set of bleachers valued at about $1,500 were taken from the baseball field sometime between 5/7 and 5/10/10.

100 block Old Oxford Valley Rd reported at 1:41PM. An employee of Bucks County International reported that someone took a scrap metal from the property overnight on 5/16/10.

DRUG ARREST – 1000 block River Rd at 1:23AM. Police on patrol observed a suspicious vehicle in the cemetery and further investigation led to the arrest of the 19 year old male for the possession of drugs.

TRESPASSING – Makefield Rd and Pennsbury Ct at 2:53AM. Police on patrol observed several male juveniles and further investigation led to both 14 year olds being cited for trespassing on school grounds and shooting at signs with a pellet gun.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Heacock Rd and Oxford Valley Rd at 4:15AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. A records check on the male driver from Warminster indicated an outstanding warrant from York County and he was taken into custody. The four other occupants age 19 to 25 were cited for the marijuana.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 100 block Dolington Rd reported at 8:53AM. Complainant reports returning from church services to find that the residence was entered forcibly through a rear door. It appears that nothing was taken.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1700 block Janney Dr reported at 9:39AM. Complainant reports overnight someone spray painted a black line on the vehicle.

THEFT – 1200 block Revere Rd reported at 12:42PM. Complainant reports that overnight someone took a larger flower pot form the front of the home.

DUI ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd and Hearthstone Dr at 10:24PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 70 year old driver for driving under the influence.

UNDERAGE DRINKING CITATIONS – 1500 block Clark Dr at 10:29PM. Police observed a suspicious vehicle and further investigation led to the 5 juveniles, all under the age of 18 to be cited for underage drinking.

DRUG ARREST – Yardley Rd and Orchard Way at 4:13PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the discovery of crack cocaine. The male driver was also wanted on an outstanding warrant from Philadelphia and was taken into police custody.

THEFT ARREST – Unit block Oxford Valley Rd at 4:37PM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and the 21 year old male driver was taken into custody for theft and receiving stolen property of a license plate.

THEFT – 300 block Fieldstone Ct North reported at 8:00AM. Complainant reports that golf clothing, golf clubs, range finder and documents valued at about $1,000 plus were taken from the vehicle overnight.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 5200 block Spruce Mill Dr reported at 11:47AM. Complainant reports that a tail light on their vehicle was damaged overnight.

THEFT – 1400 block Woodview Dr reported at 11:00AM. Complainant reports that cash, credit cards and ID in a wallet were taken overnight from a vehicle.

REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Oxford Valley Rd and Dobry Rd at 10:09PM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident after the car struck several mailboxes and then hit a tree. The driver was found unconscious and was transported to the hospital. The accident is still under investigation.

THEFTS:

500 block Wrensong Rd reported at 9:10AM. Complainant reports that overnight someone entered their vehicles and took registration, driver’s license and other paperwork.

800 block Monroe Dr reported at 9:45AM. Complainant reports that overnight someone entered the garage and took a weed trimmer valued at $350.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1000 block Harvard Dr reported at 5:18PM. Complainant reports that overnight someone sliced a screen in the rear of the house.

FRAUD ARREST – Custom and Executive Cleaners reported at 7:39AM. Store employees at these two commercial establishments report that a black male passed counterfeit $100 bills. Shortly after this was reported to police, an alert LMT Police Officer located the actors and his vehicle and further investigation concluded that this two males age 43 and 39 from Philadelphia were responsible for passing the fake bills.

RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 1600 block Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s Dept Store, reported at 4:30PM. Loss prevention detained a 17 year old male juvenile for taking earrings valued at $37. He was taken to police headquarters for processing.

ROBBERY – Unit block Oxford Valley Rd at the Shell Station at 11:58PM. Store employees report an armed robbery point of knife. Approximately $120 in cash was taken by two white males. They are described as being in the their 20’s and suspect #1 is about 6’3”, blondish hair and thin build; last seen wearing a white sleeves t-shirt. Suspect #2 is about 5’10”, heavier build and last seen wearing a dark cap, dark clothing and a bandana across the lower part of his face. The suspects fled in dark colored vehicle, a 4 door Cadillac CTS.

DUI ARREST – River Rd and Richard Rd at 9:40PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the 25 year old driver from Ewing, N.J. was under the influence. A second passenger in the vehicle, a 25 year old male also from Ewing was taken into custody for drug possession.

THEFT – 900 block Big Oak Rd at the Exxon Station, reported at 8:20AM. Station employee reported that overnight someone damaged the Pepsi machine and removed about $30 cash.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – SR-332 and I-95 at 6:17PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the three 19 years old being cited for either possessing drug paraphernalia and or being in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

1100 block Lily Pond Dr reported at 8:20AM. Complainant reports that overnight someone egged the house.

1500 block Marsha Terr. Reported at 9:55AM. Complainant reports that overnight someone removed the mailbox.

DUI ARREST – River Rd at 5:20PM. Police were alerted by a motorist that a person in a vehicle was throwing beer cans out the window of the moving car. The vehicle was located by police and the 43 year old male driver from Levittown was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd and Dorby Rd at 4:51AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 55 year old driver from Levittown for possessing a small amount of marijuana.

DUI ARREST – SR-332 and Creamery Rd at 11:42PM. Police were assigned to a traffic post blocking the roadway. A vehicle driven by a 41 year old male drove around the police vehicle and past it. Police stopped the vehicle and further investigation led to this driver being arrested for driving under the influence.

ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 200 block River Rd reported at 10:04AM. The victim reports that on 5-7-10 between 3:00PM and 4:00PM someone used a pry tool to attempt to gain entrance to the residence via a side door.

THEFT – Unit block Bel Air Dr reported at 10:50AM. Complainant reports someone removed about $10 in change from the vehicle overnight.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 300 block Stony Hill Rd reported at 3:56PM. Complainant reports that within the past week someone broke out the windows to a shed and also destroyed clay flower pots.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1700 block Clydesdale Cir reported at 1:30PM. The victim reports that a black male forced open the front door of the residence. The intruder was confronted by the homeowner, but he fled on foot to an awaiting vehicle. The suspect vehicle is described as copper color Chevrolet Avalanche Z-71 and was being operated by another black male.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1700 block Clydesdale Cir reported at 1:30PM. While police were investigating the above burglary they found that another residence on the block had been burglarized. The homeowner reports that a computer and jewelry with an approximate value of about $4,000 were taken.

THEFTS:

1000 block Stony Hill Rd reported at 12:42PM. A Metro PCS employee reports that a copper grounding plate used at cell tower locations and valued at about $600 was taken sometime in the past few months.

500 block S. Dove Rd reported at 12:55PM. Complainant reports that jewelry valued at about $3,000 is missing after utilizing a moving company.

DISORDELRY CONDUCT – SR-332 and I-95 at 9:57AM. Police on patrol stopped vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of some drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. The 26 year old driver from New Jersey is to be cited.

FRAUD – 300 block Saly Rd reported at 8:35AM. Complainant reports attempting to purchase a 2004 Toyota via CARS.com. $3,900 was wired to a third party, but no tracking number was received. The complainant has not been able to contact the seller of third party.

DUI ARREST & ACCIDENT – 8100 block Spruce Mill Dr at 11:25AM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident, car vs. a pole and road signs. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 31 year old driver for driving under the influence.

DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 3:13PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 44 year old driver for possessing illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

ATTEMPTED THEFT – 3500 block Waltham Ct reported at 10:43AM. Complainant reports that the driver’s side window on the vehicle was entered and the interior of the car was ransacked. Nothing appears to be missing.

THEFT – 300 block Tall Meadow Ln reported at 9:13AM. Complainant reports that a wallet was taken from the unlocked vehicle, which was later found on Stony Hill Rd.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 7000 block Spruce Mill Dr reported at 9:10. Complainant reports that copper piping was removed from the residence; which is currently unoccupied.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Heacock Rd and Covington Rd at 2:59PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. A 19 year old occupant is to be cited as well as the 20 year old driver for motor vehicle violations.
