The homeowner reported that entry was made to the residence via the front door by force. At this time jewelry boxes and a social security are missing. THEFTS: 1300 block Apple Blossom reported at 12:14PM. A mailbox valued at $150 was taken overnight. 1200 block Bridle Estates Dr reported at 12:59PM. A statue valued at $500 was taken overnight from the front lawn. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1700 block Makefield Rd reported at 1:49PM. The homeowner reported that the residence was entered via an unlocked door. At this time silver, jewelry, a strong box and cash are missing. 6-26-10 STOLEN VEHICLE & ARREST – I-95 by exit 46 at 8:58AM. Police on patrol observed a vehicle swerving on the roadway. The Oregon registration tag was checked with a mobile data terminal and there was a hit confirmation that the car was reported stolen from Hertz Rent-a-car. Police stopped the vehicle and a records check of the operator also indicated a warrant out of Trenton, NJ. The operator was taken into custody. THEFT – 500 block Kathy Dr reported at 8:20AM. The homeowner reports leaving the residence unsecured and upon returning home discovered that about $400 was missing from a wallet. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 500 block Aspen Woods Dr reported at 1:42AM. Eggs were thrown at the residence. MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS – Big Oak Rd and Oxford Valley Rd at 1:16AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation revealed that the operator had no driver’s license, registration, insurance or any identification. The operator was identified by a records check of being an ID card holder only. The vehicle was towed and the operator issued multiple citations. 6-25-10 DUI and AUTO ACCIDENT – Big Oak Rd and Oxford Valley Rd at 9:48PM. Police responded to a three vehicle traffic accident. The victim reported having their identity taken and a credit account was opened at Target utilizing the victim’s name, address and birth date. 1000 block Edgewood Rd at the Township pool reported at 4:15PM. An unlocked Mongoose dirt bike valued at $200 was taken between 12PM and 3:00PM this date. UNDERAGE DRINKING – Woodside Rd at the Garden of Reflection Memorial at 3:10AM. Police on patrol cited two males age 17 and 18 for underage drinking. 6-24-10 DUI ARREST – Heacock Rd at 10:32PM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and the 42 year old male driver was taken into custody for driving under the influence. SOLICITOR – Harrow Crescent at 9:53PM. Police were advised of a male soliciting without a permit and the 33 year old male from South Carolina was located by police and issued a citation. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 600 block Palmer Ln reported at 2:02AM. A white male in his 20’s with a thin tall build and last seen wearing a gray shirt and shorts entered the victim’s vehicle. The victim shouted at the male and he then fled on foot. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 600 block S. Dove Rd reported at 2:25PM. A white male in his early 30’s with thin build was found by the resident in a shed taking a bicycle. The resident gave chase and recovered the bike. The incident was reported to police about 30 minutes later. 6-21-10 DUI ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd and US Route 1 at 12:31AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation resulted in the arrest of the 40 year old male from Trenton for driving under the influence. 6-20-10 ATTEMPTED THEFT – 1700 block Dyers Ln reported at 7:31AM. Plants and a tree were removed from a fore closed property. 6-17-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 100 block Crestview Way reported at 11:10AM. The mailbox valued at $100 was knocked over in the overnight hours. THEFT – 2400 block Sterling Rd. Credit cards and camera were reported taken from the vehicle overnight. Investigation is ongoing and possible suspects may have been apprehended in another jurisdiction. 6-16-10 RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Kohl’s Dept Store at 11:33AM. Loss Prevention detained two female juveniles for taking merchandise worth a total value of $57.46. The juveniles were released to the police for processing. 6-15-10 WANTED PERSON ARREST – Dolington Rd and Lower Hilltop Rd at 8:56AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and a records check of the male driver indicated an outstanding warrant from Bucks County. THEFT – 1500 block Hayfield Dr reported at 12:40PM. Police responded to a report of a male cleaning himself in the fountain. On arrival police located the 47 year old male from Philadelphia in the fountain and he was only wearing a towel. UNDERAGE DRINKING – 1000 block Roelofs Rd reported at 8:51PM. Police responded to a vacant residence and found 20 plus juveniles inside. Investigation led to the discovery of an underage drinking party and also interior damage to the residence. Charges range from underage drinking to criminal mischief. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – Unit block Black Rock Rd reported at 8:45AM. Resident reported entry to the residence via a second floor window. At this time jewelry is reported as missing. Police on patrol investigating a vehicle discovered a small amount of marijuana. Two male occupants were inside the vehicle, one was taken into custody and processed; the other was cited for disorderly conduct. RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s Dept Store reported at 2:16PM. Loss prevention detained two females for taking $200 worth of merchandise. The resident reported that someone attempted to gain entry to the residence via a rear screen door which was forced open. 6-9-10 THEFTS: 1200 block N. Bradford Rd reported at 11:32AM. A GPS valued at $400, an Ipod valued at $500, $300 in cash and identification were taken from the vehicle overnight. 6-7-10 WANTED PERSON – Black Rock Rd and Delaware Canal at 8:10PM. A vehicle was egged over the weekend. 6-6-10 THEFT – 500 block Cedar Hollow Dr reported at 7:38PM. Two vehicle covers valued at about $140 were taken a vehicle. DRUG ARREST – 600 block Friar Dr at 11:22AM. Police were advised of suspicious persons entering the woods from a vehicle. On arrival police located three males age; 19 to 20 in the woods. Further investigation revealed that they were in possession of marijuana; they were taken into police custody. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 200 block Arborlea Ave reported at 1:58PM. A white male age 42 from Wernersville, PA was cited by police for soliciting in the development. And he was also found to be in the possession of drug paraphernalia, for which he was also charged. HARASSMENT – Stony Hill Rd at Shady Brook Farms, reported at 4:14PM. A female complainant reported that she was pushed during a disagreement over a parking space by a 61 year old male. The male defendant was cited for harassment. 6-5-10 UNDERAGE DRINKING CITATION – Willow Pond Dr and Lakeview Cir at 2:08AM. Police were advised of a male sleeping in a vehicle and the door was open. On arrival police located the vehicle and the 18 year old male was cited for underage drinking. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 3:23PM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and records check of the 36 year old male indicated he had numerous warrants.
