7-31-10 DRUG ARREST – 500 block W.Trenton Ave at 11:12AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the 25 year old driver was in possession of marijuana. DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd at US Route 1 at 2:07PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the 20 year old driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia and alcohol. ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 100 block Mt. Eyre Rd reported at 9:39AM. The homeowner reported that at about 4:45AM he heard and also found that someone had thrown a landscape rock through a rear kitchen window, the persons(s) responsible fled. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 500 block Mill Rd reported at 11:57AM. The complainant reported observing a male jogger in his 20’s enter the garage and attempted to take a bicycle. The suspect wad confronted and fled the area. 7-30-10 RETAIL THEFT – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at the CVS, reported at 9:27PM. A store employee reported that a black male dressed as a woman wearing jeans and a pink tank top took several hygiene items and than dropped them while fleeing the store. The suspect was last seen fleeing in a Lincoln Town Car with N.J. registration plates. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF and THEFT – 400 block Stony Hill Rd reported at 7:02AM. Three victims reported that sometime after 10:00PM on 7/29/10 someone spray painted buildings and vehicles. Also the vehicles were keyed, glue was applied to the locks and the tires were slashed resulting in about $6,000 worth of damage. Two P.A. registration plates were also taken from the vehicles. DRUG ARREST – River Rd and Michael Rd at 12:11PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the two 29 year old occupants for the possession of marijuana and for disorderly conduct. 7-29-10 SIMPLE TRESPASS – 900 block Roelofs Rd reported at 9:15AM. Police were alerted to a suspicious vehicle, this led to the occupants a 27 year old male and 25 year old female being issued citations for simple trespassing after being previously warned. THEFT and VANDALISM – 400 block Lang Ct reported at 11:42PM. Two vehicles that were parked in the driveway were vandalized and a P.A. registration plate was also taken from one. FORGERY – 300 block Oxford Valley Rd at a business, reported at 2:40PM. The complainant reported that a black male in his 40’s attempted to cash a check in the amount of $1,990.70. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 500 block Heritage Oak Dr reported at 2:58PM. A vehicle was egged overnight after 10:00PM. Someone removed an Everstart deep cell battery valued at $70 from the property. Black Rock Rd and Delaware Canal at 9:52PM. The victim reported observing a white male about 5’8” to 5’9” and wearing a red hooded sweatshirt holding a horse saddle. The saddle was taken from the victim’s vehicle. The male dropped the saddle and fled on a motorcycle. The driver’s side window on the vehicle was smashed out and a turn signal was broken off the steering column. DRUG ARREST – SR-332 and I-95 at 12:41PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the 22 year old male driver being cited for the possession of drug paraphernalia. 7-26-10 THEFTS: 600 block W. Melissa Cir reported at 7:55AM. Sometime overnight a GPS unit, briefcase and miscellaneous tools with a combined value of $340 were taken from the vehicle. 1000 block Stony Hill Rd reported at 10:58AM. A technician from AT&T reported finding the chain to the gated cell tower missing and copper wire valued at $5,000 was missing. 1000 block Drew Dr reported at 3:15PM. Sometime overnight someone entered the unlocked vehicle and took less than $5.00. 7-25-10 THEFTS: 600 block Nancy Rd reported at 11:05AM. Sometime overnight someone entered the vehicle took about $10 in change. 500 block Nancy Rd reported at 9:05AM. Sometime overnight someone entered the vehicle and took $5 in change and an Iphone. DUI ARREST & ACCIDENT – 1200 block Big Oak Rd at 1:20AM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident, car vs. a tree. The 25 year old male driver is to be charged with driving under the influence. DRUG ARREST – Cardinal Dr and Heacock Rd at 12:05AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of drugs and the 20 year old male occupant was taken into custody. 7-24-10 UNDERAGE DRINKING – 2000 block Leedoms Dr reported at 10:50PM. Police responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence. On arrival police were given entry to the residence and officers found juveniles hiding in the basement and alcohol on the premises. Charges are pending at this time as the investigation is continuing. 7-23-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1700 block Kathy Dr reported at 9:40AM. A vehicle was keyed overnight. ALCOHOL VIOLATIONS – SR-332 & I-95 at 8:50AM. Police were advised of a male operating a pick up truck and drinking beer. Police located the vehicle and this led to the 40 year old male being cited for having an open alcoholic container in a vehicle. DUI and DRUG ARREST – 400 block River Rd at 2:55AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 24 year male operator for driving under the influence and the possession of marijuana. 7-22-10 DUI ARREST – 200 block Oxford Valley Rd at 11:45PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 39 year old male driver for driving under the influence. COMMERCIAL BURGLARY – 1300 block Woodside Rd reported at 9:25AM. The complainant reported that several out buildings at the radio tower site were forcibly entered. The entry occurred at about 7:00PM and copper buss bars were taken. THEFTS: 1600 block Delaware Rim Dr reported at 8:48AM. Sometime overnight several vehicles were entered and $20 in currency, a GPS valued at $200 and a camera valued at $150 were taken. Unit block Delaware Rim Dr reported at 5:04AM. Sometime overnight two unlocked vehicles were entered and a GPS and several music CD’s with a combined value of $300 were taken. DUI ARREST and AUTO ACCIDENT – 900 block Reading Ave at 2:16AM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident car vs. utility pole. Further investigation led to the discovery that the 19 year old male driver was under the influence and also in possession of heroin. DRUG ARREST – East Ferry Rd and River Rd at 12:37AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 18 year old male driver for possessing marijuana and possibly heroin, which is awaiting test results. 7-21-10 DUI and DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd and Dorby Rd at 8:51PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 31 year old male driver for driving under the influence and drug possession. 7-20-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 100 block Arborlea Ave reported at 3:00PM. The residence was egged sometime in the past week. 7-19-10 WANTED PERSON – Heacock Rd and Covington Rd at 12:21PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation and a records check of the 30 year old male indicated he was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Philadelphia. Further investigation also resulted in the seizure of an illegal narcotic. Charges for the possession of the narcotic are being filed. The subject was taken into custody for the warrant. 7-18-10 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Big Oak Rd by Old Oxford Valley Rd at 7:54PM. Police and Yardley-Makefield Fire Comp. responded to a one vehicle accident with entrapment. The operator of the vehicle lost control and the vehicle struck a utility pole and flipped on its side. The driver had to extricated by responding EMS personnel. DUI ARREST – SR-332 and I-95 at 1:51AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations which resulted in the arrest of the 39 year old male for driving under the influence. 7-17-10 DUI ARREST & ACCIDENT – SR-332 and Stony Hill Rd at 7:29PM. Police responded to a two vehicle auto accident. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 28 year old male driver of the striking vehicle for driving under the influence. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Rite Aid Pharmacy – Reported at 7:12AM. A small size grid window on the front of the store was broken out. 1400 block Wheatshef Rd reported at 9:30AM. Overnight someone broke a windshield on a vehicle with a wooden object that was taken from another residence. THEFT – 300 block Michael Rd reported at 12:44PM. $1,500.00 in currency was taken from the residence in the past few weeks, possibly by known subjects. DUI ARREST – Unit block Oxford Valley Rd at 2:08AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations which resulted in the arrest of the 36 year old male driver for driving under the influence. 7-16-10 DUI & DRUG ARREST – 200 block Oxford Valley Rd at 10:43PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations which resulted in the arrest of the 21 year old male driver for driving under the influence and having a small amount of marijuana in his possession. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1900 block Timber Lakes Dr reported at 7:14PM. The homeowner reported that between 11:15AM and 5:30PM someone forcibly entered the residence via a side door. At this time a laptop computer and necklace are missing. A possible suspect vehicle, a Nissan Pathfinder may have been seen in the driveway. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – Unit block Mt. Eyre Rd reported at 3:02PM. The homeowner reported returning home to find that the residence had been entered forcibly via the front door. At this time a jewelry box with its contents valued at about $30,000 is missing. 7-14-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 700 block Long Acre Ln reported at 9:45AM. A mailbox valued at $60 was damaged overnight. VEHICLE THEFT – 1400 block Polo Run Dr reported at 7:27PM. A black 2009 Kawasaki ZX6R Ninja motorcycle with N.J. registration valued at $10,000 was taken sometime since 7/12/10. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 10:05PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations which resulted in the issuance of a disorderly conduct citation to the 18 year old female occupant for possessing a small amount of marijuana. 7-13-10 SOLICITORS – Unit block Fairway Dr reported at 7:54PM. Police responded to a call of solicitors in the area soliciting cleaning supplies. The 33 year old male from Indiana was cited. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Heacock Rd and Cardinal Dr at 10:20PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the 20 year old male receiving a citation for possessing drug paraphernalia. 7-13-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 500 block Countess Dr reported at 3:00PM. The windshield on the vehicle was damaged causing about $600 in damage. 7-12-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF / VANDALISM TO AUTOS – The following incidents occurred in the overnight hours of 7/11 to 7/12/10, the vehicles had windows smashed out or damaged windshields: 1000 block Glen Oak Dr THEFT – 700 block Stony Hill Rd reported at 12:43PM. Someone entered the vehicle on 7/9/10 and a GPS valued at $300 was taken. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 600 block Long Acre Ln reported at 2:40PM. The mailbox valued at $60 was smashed overnight on 7/9/10. 7-11-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1200 block Langhorne-Yardley Rd reported at 10:56PM. The residence and some vehicles at this location have been vandalized several times since 7/3. Clean up costs are estimated to be at about $100. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – South Crescent Blvd and Edgewood Rd at 11:44PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations which resulted in the seizure of a small amount of marijuana. The 17 year old juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct. 7/10/10 DUI & AUTO ACCIDENT – Makefield Rd and Roelofs Rd at 10:30PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident motorcycle vs. SUV. The male operator of the SUV was taken into police custody for driving under the influence and transported to police headquarters for processing. The operator of the motorcycle was admitted to the hospital. THEFTS: 1000 block Darby Dr reported at 8:30PM. Overnight of 7/7/10, $10 in loose change, a $30 cigar lighter and 5 cigars valued at $15 were taken from the unlocked vehicle. 400 block Kings Rd reported at 9:05AM. A GPS valued at $150 was taken from the unlocked vehicle overnight. WANTED PERSON – Oxford Valley Rd by US Route 1 at 2:09AM. Police on patrol came upon a disabled vehicle on the roadway. A records check of the male driver indicated a warrant out of Bucks County. The male was taken into custody for the Sheriff’s Department.

Further investigation led to the arrest of the 20 year old male driver from Langhorne for possession of narcotics. 7/8/2010 THEFT- Unit block of Homestead Dr. reported at 8:17AM. Complainant reports that sometime between 7/6-7/7, unknown person(s) entered the garage and removed two bottles of wine and one bottle of vodka. Total value $75. DRUG ARREST - 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 4:09PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 24 year old male driver from Morrisville for possession of narcotics and paraphernalia. 7/7/2010 DRUG ARREST – Rt. 332 and I-95 reported at 9:34AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 44 year old male driver from Newtown for possession of narcotics and paraphernalia and suspicion of DUI. BURGLARY – 1200 block of Creamery Rd. reported at 3:49PM. Complainant reports that sometime between 12:30-3:45PM, unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence through a window. At this time, three sets of cuff links and approximately $50 in change have been reported missing. 7/5/2010 THEFT – 2000 block of TrowbridgeDr. reported at 11:06AM. Complainant reports that a package was [confirmed to have been] delivered to the residence but he never received them. Total value $449. MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT – 21000 block of Cornerstone Dr. reported at 8:07PM. Complainant reports a 2001 Red/White/Black Honda RC51 sport bike stolen from outside the residence sometime after 7/2 at 2:00PM. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – unit block of S. Homestead Dr. reported at 8:18PM. Complainant reports that sometime after 6:30PM, unknown person(s) shattered the rear window of the vehicle. BURGLARY – 700 block of Gordon Dr. reported at 10:55PM. Police responded to an alarm activation and discovered a door of the residence forced open. House was secured by police and homeowner was notified. It is unknown if anything was removed from the home at this time. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Yardley-Morrisville Rd. & Sutphin Rd. reported at 10:39PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 22 and 28 year old males were cited. 7/4/2010 DRUG ARREST – 800 block of Queens Dr. reported at 8:41AM. Police responded to a call at the residence. The investigation led to the arrest of the 22 year old female for possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
