Complainant reports that between 1/28 and 1/30/10 someone cut the lock off of a storage unit and a Yamaha ATV with a plow was taken. The ATV is valued at about $5,000. 1-29-10 COMMERCIAL BURGLARY – Unit block Oxford Valley Rd reported at 9:14AM. Complainant reports that overnight someone cut a lock off a work trailer at the construction site and removed various power tools and cooper wire. Complainant reports that someone took four rolls of cooper wire from the basement of the CVS Pharmacy that is under construction. 1-28-10 DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Dolington Rd and Quarry Rd at 2:00PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the seizure of a small amount of marijuana. Three juvenile occupants; two males and one female were issued non-traffic citations. 1-26-10 THEFT – 800 block Princess Dr reported at 9:22AM. Complainant reports that someone opened the mail and one section of a W-2 was removed from the envelope that was in the mailbox. THEFT – 1700 block Langhorne-Yardley Rd reported at 12:09PM. Complainant reports that tools valued at about $5,000 were taken from a work vehicle. The incident occurred between 1/22 and 1/25/10 and a lock was cut off. 1-25-10 WANTED PERSON – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 9:16PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check of the 26 year old male driver from Philadelphia revealed a bench warrant out of Bucks County. He also faces charges for having a controlled substance in his possession. He was taken into police custody. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Black Rock Rd and Yardley Rd at 11:30AM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with injuries reported and both vehicles were towed from the scene. 1-24-10 WANTED PERSON – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 9:26PM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check on the 30 year old male driver from Morrisville indicated he was wanted on warrant out of Columbia County, Pennsylvania. He was taken into police custody. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 300 block Oxford Valley Rd at 2:46AM. Police on patrol observed a suspicious vehicle in the business center. Further investigation led to the identity of a 21 year old from Langhorne, PA. Inside the vehicle police found open beer containers and also smelled an odor of alcohol. The male subject was cited for disorderly conduct. 1-23-10 MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS – Michael Rd and Richard Rd reported at 3:08PM. Police responded to a call of persons using motorcycles in the neighborhood. On arrival police located a 15 year old male from Trenton, NJ operating a motor bike without a license, registration or title. Further investigation led to his arrest for an altered VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on the cycle. The investigation is continuing and there may be further charges. Complainant reports that someone squirted a lotion on the vehicle and the front of the residence. 1-22-10 DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Black Rock Rd and Ardsley Ct at 11:59PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the 23 year old female driver from Yardville, NJ to be cited for the possession of a small amount of drugs. THEFT – 1100 block Colts Ln reported 9:03PM. Complainant reports that driveway rods, items used to mark the driveway edge were taken. DUI ARREST – Township Line Rd at 9:17PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 48 year old male driver from Langhorne, PA for driving under the influence. SUSPICIOUS OCCURRENCE – 400 block Schindler Dr reported at 9:35PM. Complainant reports that two white males were observed entering the garage of the residence. The two males fled in a light colored mini-van and they were last seen wearing grey hoodie sweatshirts. Both males were reported to also have thin build’s and were about 5’9” in height. RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 1600 block Big Oak Rd at Kohls Dept Store, reported at 12:43PM. Store security detained a 39 year old male from Philadelphia for removing the price tags off several pairs of Nike shoes valued at $280. He was taken into police custody for processing. 1-21-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1900 block Woodside Rd – Reported at 2:09PM at the Garden of Reflection. Complainant reports that the park area of the memorial was vandalized. Someone turfed parts of the grassy area around the parking lot and also drove over several small sized trees and some bushes. 700 block Township Line Rd reported at 1:56PM. Complainant reports that the vehicle was keyed on the hood with a profanity, causing about $500 in damage. 1-20-10 WANTED PERSON – West Trenton Rd at 5:34PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check indicated that the male driver was wanted on a warrant out of Philadelphia. He was taken into custody to await pick up by the Phila. Warrant Unit. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 800 block Manor Ln at 12:25AM. Police responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle. Police located the vehicle and further investigation revealed that a male occupant had drug paraphernalia in his possession. Complainant reports that someone entered the open garage and then entered the unlocked vehicles. $250 in cash, a Tom-Tom GPS unit valued at $200 and an Ipod valued at $50 were taken. 300 block Tall Meadow Ln reported at 8:00AM. Complainant reports that the vehicle was entered and a Garmin GPS valued at $150 was taken. 300 block Tall Meadow Ln reported at 2:34PM. Complainant reports that the vehicle was entered and Tom-Tom GPS valued at $150 was taken. A second vehicle at this location was also entered; a side window was smashed out. Taken were a GPS with a Flight computer valued at $900, a Dell computer valued at $1,100, a Nikon & Casio cameras valued at $750, a cell phone valued at $600 and a second cell phone valued at $150. 200 block Crystal Ct reported at 3:17PM. Complainant reports that two vehicles were entered and audio CD’s valued at $150 were taken. Complainant believes the thefts occurred after 11:30PM and before 7:00AM. DUI and ACCIDENT – 2000 block Yardley Rd at 4:12AM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident, the involved vehicle rolled over. The driver was transported to the hospital and police are awaiting toxicology results. 1-16-10 THEFT – Unit block Crown Terr. Reported at 1:49PM. Complainant reports that a laptop computer valued at about $1,000 was taken from the unlocked vehicle. UNDERAGE DRINKING – 800 block Big Oak Rd at 11:24AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the both the driver an 18 year old male and his 18 year old male passenger to be issued non-traffic citations for the possession of alcohol and subsequent citations for the possession of a small amount of marijuana. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the male operator for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Further investigation led to the arrest of the male driver from Kintersville, PA for the possession of heroin. He was taken into custody for processing. CREDIT CARD FRAUD – Unit block Tall Meadow Ln reported at 9:20AM. Complainant reports that someone used a bank debit card for a purchase of $26.25 in Kansas. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Unit block Brook Ln reported at 4:22PM. Complainant reports that someone inserted a nail in one of the tires on the vehicle. 1-14-10 THEFT ARREST – Riverside Rd and River Rd at 3:45PM. Hopewell Township New Jersey Police slowly pursued a vehicle into Pennsylvania. The suspect was wanted for theft from vehicles in New Jersey. The vehicle was subsequently stopped on the Pennsylvania side and the 31 year old male driver from New Hope, PA was taken into police custody. Drug paraphernalia was found on his person, he also faces charges for receiving stolen property and miscellaneous traffic offenses. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle he had been driving was stolen out of Lambertville, NJ. The defendant also faces numerous charges in New Jersey. 1-13-10 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1700 block Makefield Rd reported at 12:20PM. Homeowner reports that between about 8:40AM and 12:20PM today someone entered the residence by forcing open the front door. At this time jewelry and several firearms are reported to be missing. 1-12-10 THEFT – 700 block Jade Rd reported at 7:29PM. Complainant reports that between 1/6 and this date someone removed a N.J. Transit monthly rail pass valued at about $352 from the unlocked vehicle. 1/12/10 THEFTS: Both incidents occurred overnight. Unit block Manor Ln reported at 7:40AM. Complainant reports that a portable satellite radio, I-pod and cell phone with a combined value of about $400 were taken from the vehicle. Unit block Manor Ln reported at 4:24PM. Complainant reports being notified by his credit card company, that his Discover credit card account was used several times in Maryland for unauthorized purchases. The complainant for the company reports that counterfeit payroll checks are being cashed on their account. Over $3,800 in checks has been cashed to date. FRAUD – Sutphin Pines resident reported at 1:50PM. Complainant reports someone used her lost credit card at Best Buy in the amount of $1,738.37. Another fraudulent attempt was made on the credit card at a retail establishment in Langhorne which was declined by the credit card company. THEFT – 200 block of Aspen Rd reported at 5:20PM. Complainant reports that a delivered package was opened and some contents were missing. Total value of stolen items $25. WANTED FUGITIVE – 800 block Big Oak Rd at 10:55PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for traffic violations. A records check indicated that Michael Llewellyn age 20 was wanted on an outstanding warrant out of West Virginia. Complainant reports dropping their wallet by their residence. The complainant’s bank contacted them and they were advised that $400 in purchases were made.
