2-28-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 600 block Palmer Ln reported at 2:50PM. Complainant reports that someone cracked the windshield of the vehicle. DRUG ARREST – Edgewood Rd at 2:51AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 20 year old male driver from Levittown for the possession of drug paraphernalia. DUI ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 2:59AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 28 year old male driver from Levittown for driving under the influence. DUI ARREST – Big Oak Rd at 12:38AM. Police on patrol observed a vehicle that had driven off the roadway. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 40 year old male driver from Philadelphia for driving under the influence. 2-27-10 DUI ARREST – SR-332 at 8:46PM. Police on patrol located a vehicle that was wanted from another jurisdiction. The vehicle was stopped and the 53 year old male driver from Levittown was taken into police custody for driving under the influence. FRAUD – 1000 block Evergreen Rd reported at 3:33PM. Complainant reports responding to an ad on Craig’s List, for an ATV that was being sold for $3,035. The complainant followed the instructions and sent a money order, but the transaction turned out to be a fraud. 2-23-10 THEFT – Langhorne-Yardley Rd at the CVS, reported at 12:00PM. Complainant reports that while narcotics were being delivered to the store, someone broke into the delivery vehicle and removed numerous containers of pills. About $18,000 in various pills was taken. 2-22-10 SOLICITORS – 1300 block Apple Blossom Dr reported at 2:22PM. Complainant reports that there are two males in the neighborhood soliciting without permits for windows and siding. The solicitor was located and he had been previously warned. A citation has been issued. SOLICITORS - 1300 block Apple Blossom Dr reported at 5:15PM. Complainant reports that a male in a truck is going door to door attempting to sell meat. Police located the solicitor who also had been previously warned. The owner of the company is to be cited. 2-22-10 WANTED PERSON & DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 12:54AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation and records check of the female driver indicated she had outstanding warrants from Cumberland County, PA. She was also in possession of drugs. She was taken into custody for processing and transported to the Bucks County Prison. 2-21-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 300 block Cobbler Ct reported at 11:04PM. Complainant reports that residence was egged for a third time, possibly by a known person. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Denny Dr and Weber Dr at 1:46AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led the male driver from Kearneysville, West Virginia to be cited for disorderly conduct. 2-20-10 DUI ARREST – Big Oak Rd and Gloria Ln at 3:09AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 47 year old male for driving under the influence. 2-19-10 WANTED PERSON – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 9:13PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check of the 23 year old male from Allentown, PA revealed he was wanted on an outstanding warrant. He was taken into police custody. 2-17-10 ASSAULT AND RETAIL THEFT – 635 Heacock Rd at the McCaffrey’s Supermarket at 3:20PM. The store manager reported that a white male about 17 to 18 years of age, 5’8” with a medium build and red shoulder length hair removed counter food and a soda and then exited the store. A store employee attempted to stop the male outside the store and a scuffle ensued. The employee received an injury to the foot. The actor was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans with a red shoe lace as a belt. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1600 block Lakeview Cir reported at 1:31PM. Complainant reports that sometime between 2/5 and 2/15/10 his vehicle sustained about $500 in damages to the hood. 2-16-10 CRIMINAL TRESPASS & ARREST – 500 block Jenny Dr reported at 7:49PM. Police responded to a residence after receiving multiple alarm activations. A possible wanted person may have been inside the residence during the homeowner’s absence. A search by police and a police K-9 led to the arrest of a 35 year old male from Newtown, PA. A records check indicated he has multiple outstanding warrants. Further charges of Burglary and Resisting Arrest were added to the Criminal Trespass charge. 2-15-10 FRAUD – 200 block Forrest Dr reported at 9:12AM. Complainant reports that someone without authorization used their credit card in the amount of $1,000. VANDALISM – 700 block Big Oak Rd reported at 7:25AM. Complainant reports that sometime over the weekend a front door to the school building was damaged with fire. DRUG ARREST – West Trenton Ave at 5:30PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 31 year old male driver from Levittown for the possession of drugs and paraphernalia. 2-14-10 UNDERAGE DRINKING – Unit block Bedford Pl reported at 9:08PM. Complainant reported an underage drinking party at the residence. Upon further investigation by police, several juveniles were found at the residence without parental supervision. Citations were issued for underage drinking. DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 11:43AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation by police led to the arrest of a 28 year old male from Trenton, NJ for the possession of drug paraphernalia. The defendant was taken into custody for processing and arraigned before the district justice and sent to Bucks County Prison. The defendant’s vehicle was also impounded. THEFT – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Kohl’s Dept Store, reported at 1:57PM. Complainant reports that while shopping inside the store two females brushed up against her. After the females left the area she was shopping in she checked her purse and noticed that her wallet was missing. The complainant followed the two females out to their vehicle and demanded the wallet back from the passenger. The two suspect females then fled the area in a Chevy Malibu. DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 3:59PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 21 year old male from Morrisville for the possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody for processing. 2-12-10 DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Oxford Valley Rd and Stony Hill Rd at 5:28PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the 3 male juveniles being issued non-traffic citations for possessing a small amount of marijuana. 2-11-10 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1100 block Woodside Rd reported at 4:38PM. The homeowner reports returning home and finding that the residence was forcibly entered via a rear door. At this time jewelry and a laptop computer are reported missing. 2-10-10 THEFT – 900 block Big Oak Rd reported at 8:43AM. Complainant reports that a custom made radio controlled car valued at about $2,375 was taken from the front porch after being delivered by the US Postal Service.
