Complainant reports that someone scratched wording into the driver’s side of the vehicle. 4-28-10 DRUG ARREST – 1700 block Dorby Rd at 3:14PM. Police were advised of a suspicious vehicle. On arrival police located the vehicle and conducted a car stop. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The 19 year old male driver was taken into police custody. 4-25-10 DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley and Roelofs Rd at 6:42PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 23 year old male driver for the possession of marijuana. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 1000 block Stony Hill Rd at the Hampton Inn, reported at 11:45AM. Complainant reports that someone attempted to forcibly enter their vehicle overnight in the parking lot. 4-24-10 DUI ARREST – Stony Hill Rd and Newtown-Yardley Rd at 11:55PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 25 year old male driver for driving under the influence. THEFT – 1400 block Woodside Rd at the Makefield Highlands Golf Course, reported at 7:19PM. Complainant reports that a $300 putter was taken from the pro-shop. THEFT – 500 block River Rd reported at 2:42PM. Complainant reports that someone removed two iron planters valued at about $300, they were taken from the front of the home. The plants were dumped and the planters taken. 4-22-10 WANTED PERSON – Newtown-Yardley Rd and Stony Hill Rd at 12:17PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check indicated that the male driver was wanted on a warrant from Bucks County. He was taken into custody for pick up by the Sheriffs Department. LOITERING – 700 block Township Line Rd at 12:11AM. Police on patrol conducted a pedestrian stop of a male. He was in possession of numerous items; gift cards, a camera and loose change. The subject is on probation for prior thefts and he was taken into custody for identification purposes. Complainant reports that someone trespassed onto the vacant property and caused about $50 in damage to the abandoned residence. 4-21-10 DUI ARREST – Edgewood and Oxford Valley Rds at 12:10AM. Police on patrol observed a vehicle being operated in an erratic manner. The vehicle was stopped and further investigation led to the arrest of the 57 year old male driver for driving under the influence. 4-20-10 DRUG ARREST – River Rd and Ferry Rd at 8:46PM. Police on patrol observed a suspicious parked vehicle. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 22 year old male driver from Ewing, N.J. for the possession of marijuana. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 20 year old male driver for the possession of marijuana. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF (GRAFFITI) – 1900 block Makefield Rd at Makefield Elementary School, reported at 9:11AM. Construction officials reported that sometime overnight someone spray painted several pieces of equipment and a wall with graffiti. THEFT – Unit block Sutphin Pines reported at 2:38PM. Victim reports that a gold necklace valued at about $2,500 is missing from the residence. The victim recently had contractors inside to perform work. 4-19-10 THEFTS – Both incidents occurred overnight. 100 block Kathy Dr reported at 11:05AM. Complainant reports that the vehicle was entered and a wallet containing credit cards and identification along with cash was taken. Also taken were a GPS unit and a black canvas bag containing paper work. 100 block Kathy Dr reported at 11:06AM. Complainant reports that the vehicle was entered and a GPS unit, P.A. driver’s license and an ATM card were taken. FRAUD – 200 block Marlboro Rd reported at 3:48PM. Complainant reports that someone charged $404.86 to their credit card in a store in New Jersey. The complainant has the credit card in their possession, but it was used at this store prior to make purchases. 4-18-10 DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 9:40PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation by police led to the arrest of a 27 year old male from Morrisville. He was in the possession of drugs with the intent to deliver same. THEFT – 4000 block Waltham Ct reported at 5:26PM. Complainant reported that cash, a driver’s license and bank card were taken overnight from a vehicle. HARASSMENT – Shady Brook Farm reported at 4:30PM. A 34 year old male from Holland, PA is going to be cited for harassment, after striking a carnival worker at the carnival event at Shady Brook. DRUG ARREST – Big Oak and Makefield Roads at 12:29AM. Police on patrol investigated several suspicious vehicles. Further investigation led to the arrest of a 20 year old male from Levittown for the possession of drugs. DUI ARREST – Black Rock Rd and Delaware Canal at 1:39AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of a 26 year old male for driving under the influence. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2100 block W. Wellington Rd reported at 3:50AM. Complainant reported extensive vandalism to a vehicle. The incident occurred between 3:30AM and 3:50AM this date. 4-17-10 DUI and ACCIDENT – Oxford Valley Rd and US Route 1 at 12:24AM. Police responded to a three vehicle auto accident. One of the driver’s involved was taken into police custody for driving under the influence. 4-15-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1100 block Gloria Ln reported at 4:54PM. Complainant reports that between 12:00PM and 3:00PM someone slashed the tires on a truck while it was parked in the driveway. 4-14-10 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1000 block Creamery Rd reported at 3:18PM. Police responded to an alarm activation at the residence and on arrival by police the front door was found open. Entry to the residence was gained via another entry door on the residence and it was forced open. Items including jewelry and a computer were taken. 4-13-10 ROBBERY – Oxford Oaks Shopping Center at the Baskin Robbins at 5:25PM. Police responded to a robbery-in-progress at this location. A white male in his early 20’s, about 5’10” and last seen wearing a dark colored sweat shirt and brown hat took about $100 from the cash register point of knife. Store reported at 1:10PM. Store loss prevention reported that about $548 in items were taken from the store. A description of a vehicle that may have been involved was provided and the investigation is on going with an arrest pending. 4-11-10 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1400 block Kathy Dr reported at 7:50PM. Victim reports that the residence was entered via an unlocked window. A laptop computer valued at about $1,000 was taken. Complainant reports that overnight someone destroyed the mailbox valued at about $150. 700 block Mill Rd reported at 12:51PM. The complainant reported forcible entry of trailer located on the property. Landscaping equipment was removed and placed in van that is also on the property. Both were left at the scene. Complainant reports that three vehicles at the residence were keyed over the weekend. THEFT ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 3:37PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of a 41 year old female and a 56 year old male, both from Bristol, PA. The defendants were in possession of and operating a stolen vehicle. 4-6-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2100 block W.Wellington Rd reported at 7:26AM. Complainant reports that overnight someone placed baby powder and shampoo on the vehicle. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 4:14PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Complainants reported that over the weekend both vehicles were keyed causing about $200 in damage total. DUI and DRUG ARREST – 1500 block Lynbrooke Dr at 6:02PM. A suspicious vehicle call led to the arrest of the 23 year old male driver from Blue Bell, PA for driving under the influence. Further investigation revealed the presence of narcotics in the vehicle and the defendant also was charged with resisting arrest. A 24 year old male passenger in the car from Newtown was also arrested and charged with possession and obstruction during the arrest. 4-4-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1600 block Westover Rd reported at 10:37PM. Complainant reports that the windshield on the vehicle was shot at, causing about $400 in damage. The damage was consistent with BB pellets. 4-3-10 DUI ARREST – Newtown-Yardley Rd and I-95 at 11:06PM. Police responded to an auto accident at this location. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the 27 year old female for driving under the influence. Complainant reports that between 3/27 and 3/28 someone removed an Ipod Nano valued at $200 from the unlocked vehicle. Also taken was about $40 in accessories and a wallet. 3-29-10 THEFTS: 500 block Hearthstone Dr reported at 12:07PM. Complainant reports the theft of items from two unlocked vehicles. A GPS, cell phone charger, 2 headphones and a spare vehicle key were reported taken. One of the vehicles may also have been taken for a joyride and then returned. 300 block Maplewood Ln reported at 5:10PM. Complainant reports that loose change was taken overnight from the unlocked vehicle. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – Unit block Effingham Way reported at 3:15PM. Victim reports that a wedding ring valued at about $5,000 is missing and there is no sign of forced entry to the residence. The residence may have been left unlocked. IDENTITY THEFT – 1900 block Berrel Ct reported at 7:20PM. Complainant reports ID theft and the theft of $37,000 from a bank account. The person(s) involved presented a fraudulent P.A. driver’s license at the complainant’s bank. 3-28-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 300 block Tall Meadow Ln reported at 8:30AM. Complainant reports that someone spray painted black paint over a political bumper sticker that was affixed to the vehicle. 1200 block Waterwheel Dr reported at 8:25AM. Complainant reports that someone threw eggs onto the rear of the property, no damage was reported. DUI and ARREST – Unit block Sandy Run Rd reported at 1:32AM. Police responded to a one vehicle auto accident at a residence. The 19 year old driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a fence. Further investigation by police revealed that the driver was under the influence. This crash also led to several other persons; age 18 to 22 to be cited for underage drinking at a residence next to the accident scene. 3-27-10 DUI & DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd and US Route 1 at 12:50AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 24 year old male driver from Reading, PA for driving under the influence and drug possession. A second male passenger age 25, also from Reading was arrested for drug possession. 3-26-10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 900 block Gainsway Rd reported at 2:21PM. Complainant reports the house was egged overnight. 3-25-10 THEFT – 1600 block Quarry Rd reported at 6:48PM. Complainant reports that two 4 foot flower pots were taken sometime today. The pots have a combined value of about $700. FRAUDALENT CHECKS – 1400 block Woodview Dr reported at 5:30PM. Complainant reports that someone had unauthorized access to the checking account by a printed forged check that had an amount of $3,823. 3-24-10 DRUG ARREST & WANTED PERSON – Unit block Oxford Valley Rd at 4:23PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of a 50 year old female from Philadelphia. A records check indicated that she had an outstanding warrant out of Florida on drug charges. Investigation by police revealed a small quantity of drugs inside the vehicle. She was taken into police custody. THEFTS: 300 block Taylorsville Rd reported at 5:15PM. Complainant reports that someone took a P.A. registration plate from a Ford Mustang that is parked in the driveway. 1300 block Colony Way reported at 1:23PM. Complainant reports that an Olympus camera valued at about $600 was taken from the residence. FOUND PROPERTY – 400 block Kings Rd reported at 1:47PM.
