The vehicle was occupied by three male juveniles and further investigation led to two of the three juveniles being issued non-traffic citations for the possession of drug paraphernalia. 9/26/09 THEFT – 1600 block Kathy Dr reported at 8:25PM. Complainant reports that between 7:00PM and 7:45PM someone removed a red razor scooter from the porch. 9/24/09 DRUG ARREST – 500 block West Trenton Ave at 6:19PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 26 year old male drive from Philadelphia. He was in possession of zanax and related drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody for processing. THEFT – 1200 block University Dr reported at 8:00PM. Complainant reports missing a prescription bottle of medication from residence’s bathroom. The house was opened for prospective buyers earlier. THEFT FROM AUTOS: 100 block Kathy Dr reported at 12:45PM. Complainant reports that power tools valued at about $600 were taken from the tool box that is located in the bed of the pick up truck. 1500 block Cartpath Ct reported at 8:56PAM. Complainant reports that two Ipods and a GPS unit were taken from an unlocked vehicle between 9/16 and 9/20/09. DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 12:02PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 31 year old male driver from Morrisville. He had marijuana and other drug related paraphernalia in his possession. He was taken into custody for processing. 9/23/09 LOITERING & PROWLING ARREST – 2000 block South Crescent Blvd reported at 7:05PM and again at 8:40PM. Police responded to a residence in regards to an unwanted intoxicated family member in the home. The 25 year old male fled the residence before police arrival at 7:05PM. A second call came in at 8:40PM that the male had returned and he damaged the front door by banging on it to gain access. Police searched the area with a thermal imager and he was located in the 2000 block of Sylvan Terrace and he was taken into custody and transported to police headquarters for processing. THEFT – 1000 block Harvard Dr reported at 2:32PM. Complainant reports that a leaf blower valued at about $169 was taken from the open garage, which may have occurred between 9/15 and 9/23/09. THEFT – 1200 block Yardley Rd reported at 3:41PM. Complainant reports that a check in the amount of $5,000 was taken from the vehicle. The vehicle had been worked on by several automotive workers. DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave reported at 3:05PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the male driver. He had over 80 small packets of heroin in his possession; he was taken into custody for processing. 9/22/09 THEFT – 800 block Countess Dr Rd reported at 4:44PM. Complainant reports that a spot light was taken from a marked Bucks County Sheriffs Dept vehicle sometime overnight between 8:00PM and 6:30AM this date. THEFT – 100 block Knightsbridge Rd reported at 4:52PM. Complainant reports that a Tom-Tom GPS unit and some Chucky Cheese tokens were taken from the vehicle. 9/20/09 DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 12:36PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the female driver from Morrisville for the minor possession of drugs. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the male driver from Warminster for the possession of drugs. 9/19/09 THEFT FROM VEHICLES: 1200 block Barclay Crescent reported at 10:25AM. Complainant reports that a tennis racket bag, two tennis rackets and a snare drum with drum sticks and having a total value of about $320 were taken from the unlocked vehicle overnight. 100 block Hyde Park Pl reported at 12:12PM. Complainant reports that a wallet and a spare key were taken from the vehicle overnight. THEFT FROM VEHICLES WITH ARREST: 1200 block Barclay Crescent 100 block Hyde Park Place 1200 block Wilton Crescent 1200 block Wilton Crescent 1200 block Harrow Drive 1200 block Wilton Crescent Police responded to call of a theft-in-progress at the above locations of Barclay Crescent and also Hyde Park Place and with the help of an LMTPD K-9 the actors involved were apprehended by police. The actors involved face numerous counts of theft from vehicles and other related charges, including attempted thefts. Further charges are pending from Falls Twp Police, which also had incidents of the same nature. Three males ranging in age from 17 to 18 from LMT and Morrisville were taken into police custody. DRUG INVESTIGATION – 100 block Hyde Park Pl at 2:30AM. While police were investigating the rash of theft from vehicles they observed two males running near residential homes and a pedestrian investigation was conducted and they were found in possession of drug paraphernalia. Complainant reports that sometime between 2:00PM and 3:00PM this date the residence was entered. A neighbor reports observing a possible suspect vehicle with occupants as being a newer model white colored pick up truck with tinted windows. The suspects are described as being two males. Items taken from the residence include jewelry and a firearm. 9/18/09 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1400 block Bridle Ct reported at 8:45AM. Complainant reports that $820 in cash and four checks worth about $20 each were taken from the residence. Entry was made via an unlocked front door and this possibly occurred on 9/16/09. THEFT – 100 block Kathy Dr reported at 12:16PM. Complainant reports that $100 in cash was taken from the purse and this occurred between 9/13 and 9/14/09. THEFT – 1900 block Makefield Rd at Makefield Elementary School reported at 1:55PM. School officials report that a laptop computer is missing from the school. WANTED PERSON & ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 2:25PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and a records check of the male driver from Morrisville showed an outstanding warrant from Bucks County. He was taken into custody. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 900 block N. Pennsylvania Ave reported at 3:31PM. Complainant reports that the vehicle was vandalized overnight resulting in about $1,000 damage. WANTED PERSON & ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 3:31PM. Police on patrol conducted a pedestrian investigation and a records check revealed that the male was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Bucks County. He was taken into custody. 9/17/09 THEFT FROM VEHICLE – 1300 block Brentwood Rd reported at 12:45PM. Complainant reports that an IBM laptop computer valued at about $500 was taken from the vehicle. DRUG ARREST – 700 block Township Line Rd by Medi-Media Corporation at 5:36PM. Police responded to a call of a possible stolen vehicle. While on location and taking information from the complainant, the vehicle being reported drove by. The male driver then attempted to put the vehicle into reverse and drove into the parking lot; where he exited the vehicle and fled on foot. Police were engaged in a foot pursuit of the male actor and he was apprehended in the rear of the building. Police located drug paraphernalia on his person and inside the vehicle; he was transported to police headquarters for processing and faces a list of criminal charges. 9/16/09 THEFT of MOTOR VEHICLE & RECOVERY – 2000 block Leedoms Way reported at 8:05PM. Complainant reports that his Yamaha Motorcycle was missing; he checked Craig’s List and found that the motorcycle was being offered for sale. Police went to the person who was selling the motorcycle and recovered it, along with two Ipods. This incident is still under active investigation. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 900 block Roelofs Rd reported at 7:29PM. Complainant reports that electronics and jewelry were taken from the residence and at this time it is believed it was done by a family member who is not permitted at the residence. DUI & ARREST – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Oxford Oaks Shopping Center at 10:09AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 34 year old female driver for driving under the influence. She was taken into custody for processing. 9/15/09 THEFT FROM VEHICLES: 200 block Cinnabar Ln reported at 7:34AM. Complainant reports that $10 in change and a work bag containing personal documents were taken from the unlocked vehicle overnight. 1800 block Iverness Dr reported at 9:57AM. Complainant reports that two garage door openers valued at about $100 were taken from the unlocked vehicle overnight. THEFT – 500 block Amberwood Dr reported at 5:53PM. Complainant reports that a wedding ring valued at about $400 was possibly taken by a family friend. 9/14/09 THEFT – 1700 block Langhorne-Yardley Rd reported at 7:15PM. Complainant reports that a bicycle of unknown description was taken. 9/13/09 RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 590 W. Trenton Ave at the CVS reported at 7:02PM. A store employee reported a theft in progress at the CVS. Police arrived on scene and two females from Philadelphia were taken into police custody for theft and drug paraphernalia. Both were processed and remanded to the Bucks County Prison. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - 2 Incidents reported: 1200 block Evergreen Rd reported at 10:26AM. Complainant’s reported that their mailboxes were damaged overnight. 9/9/09 ATTEMPTED FRAUD – 2400 block Lynbrooke Dr reported at 2:13PM. Complainant reports answering an internet advertisement for a nanny service and then received a check for $3,500. Instructions with the check indicated to cash part of the amount and forward the remaining to a third party. ASSAULT – Edgewood Rd and Sensor Rd reported at 3:44PM. A Pennsbury School District bus driver reports being struck by a BB pellet; which caused a minor injury on the arm. There is no further information available. RETAIL THEFT & ASSAULT ARREST – 600 block Heacock Rd at the Edgewood Village Shopping Center at 11:15AM. Store employees report that a woman is in the wine shop at McCaffrey’s Supermarket and she is known for prior thefts. The 47 year old female suspect from Langhorne, PA assaulted two store employees in her escape from the store with merchandise. Police responded and attempted to stop the suspect’s vehicle in the parking lot. The suspect attempted to elude police by driving into New Jersey, but police were still following her. The actor then deliberately struck a LMT police vehicle in New Jersey; there were no injuries to the officer. Ewing New Jersey police continued to follow the actor’s vehicle until it crashed in a wooded area and she was taken into police custody. She faces numerous criminal charges both in Pennsylvania and in New Jersey. THEFT – Unit block Patrick Ln reported at 12:15PM. Complainant reports that property was taken from the residence sometime in August. There was no apparent forced entry or damage to the residence. Property taken includes cameras, jewelry, fishing rods and golf clubs. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 100 block River Rd reported at 3:56PM. Complainant reports that a rear basement window was kicked in sometime between 9/7 and 9/9/09. An ATV was also taken from the residence. THEFT FROM AUTO – 1800 block Makefield Rd reported at 7:00PM. Complainant reports that on 9/5/09 the vehicles were entered and two GPS units with a total value of $350 were taken. 9/8/09 FOUND PROPERTY – 1200 block Lindenhurst Rd reported at 10:05AM. Complainant reports finding a Trek bicycle at his residence. A female left the bike there and was given a ride to N.E. Philadelphia. Complainant reports that her son’s bicycle, a Haro BMX was taken on 9/7/09 at Pride Day. FRAUD – 1200 block Pebble Ct reported at 1:54PM. Complainant reports that an unknown person opened a Capital One credit card account using the complainant’s social security number and that $871 had already been charged to the account. 9/6/09 THEFT – 600 block Fox Hollow Rd reported at 8:48AM. Complainant reports that an Xbox 360 and a 60G HD were taken from the basement during the evening hours, between 8:30PM and 10:30PM. The complainant reports leaving the front door unlocked while away for the evening. FRAUD – 500 block Mill Rd reported at 10:39AM. Complainant reports an unauthorized with drawl of funds in the amount of $1,400 from the checking account. The complainant believes the debit card may have been skimmed. DRUG ARREST – 100 block Crestview Way at 1:03AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 26 year old male from Levittown for traffic offenses and drug possession. In addition to the driver a 19 year old female passenger from Levittown was also arrested for drug possession. Both were taken into custody for processing. 9/5/09 WANTED PERSON – 1000 block Edgewood Rd at the LMT Pool at 8:19AM. LMT Road Dept employees were approached by a Hispanic male who was requesting directions back to Philadelphia. This male matched the description of a subject wanted in connection with a vehicle pursuit that originated in Philadelphia and ended in LMT. The male was positively identified as one of the actors from the overnight pursuit and he was turned over to the Phila. Police Department. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 700 block Salem Ct reported at 5:23PM. Complainant reports that a dirt bike was taken from a trailer in the rear yard, but it was found on the property by a fence. VEHICLE THEFT – Unit block of Upper Hilltop Rd reported at 5:31PM. Complainant reports that their black Honda scooter valued at about $500 was taken overnight from an unlocked garage. 9/4/09 THEFTS: 1800 block S. Crescent Blvd reported at 10:17PM. Complainant reports that about $6 in cash and two credit cards were taken from the unlocked vehicle overnight. 1000 block of S. Kimbles Rd reported at 1:39PM. Complainant reports that a GPS valued at $150 was taken from the vehicle. ASSIST OUTSIDE AGENCY – Schuyler Dr by Knox Dr at 11:40PM. LMT Police assisted the Philadelphia Police Dept with the capture of two out of three male suspects that were pursued by the Phila. Police Dept into Lower Makefield from Philadelphia for several criminal offenses that occurred in the city. The suspects lost control of the vehicle and crashed and then fled on foot. The LMTPD K-9 unit along with Philadelphia’s Aviation Unit conducted a search of the woods in this area and two suspects were located, the third suspect was located in the daylight hours by the LMT Pool. 9/3/09 DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Edgewood Rd and Kings Rd at 10:34PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the three juvenile occupants being cited for a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia. 9/2/09 FRAUD & IDENTITY THEFT – 600 block Heacock Rd at the Wachovia Bank reported at 12:51PM. Complainant reports that a 48 year old male from Philadelphia withdrew $1,900 from his account. The suspect is currently in police custody in Montgomery County for an attempt to withdraw money from another bank. 9/1/09 THEFT – 1000 block Yardley Rd reported at 8:08PM. Complainant reports that change and a cell phone charger were taken from the vehicle between 8/31 at 10:00PM and 9/1 at 7:00AM. THEFTS FROM AUTOS: 100 block Arborlea Ave reported at 7:20AM. Complainant reports that loose change and a cell phone were taken. 1200 block Birch Ave reported at 7:20AM. Complainant reports that a purse, credit cards, cash and a cell phone were taken from the vehicle. The cell phone was recovered in Trenton, NJ by Trenton Police. |
