Further investigation led to the arrest of the 40 year old female driver from Delaware for driving under the influence. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 800 block Slate Hill Rd reported at 5:05PM. Complainant reports that their car, residence and a fence were paint-balled. 1000 block River Rd reported at 10:11AM. The concession stand at Macclesfield Park was vandalized. A toilet was clogged, the restrooms were paint-balled and a soap dispenser was damaged. No value was given on the damage at report time. 400 block Liberty Dr. Complainant reports that two pumpkins were smashed on the roadway. No value was given. 1500 block Willow Pond Dr reported at 12:40PM. Complainant reports that their garage door was dented by someone throwing a pumpkin at it, causing about $100 in damage. 10/30/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1500 block Clark Dr reported at 7:14PM. Complainant reported that unknown persons placed plastic rodents in their mailbox. Patriot Dr and Langhorne-Yardley Rd reported at 8:05PM. Complainant reported having their vehicle egged while traveling on this section of the roadway. Arborlea Ave and Juniper St reported at 9:50PM. Complainant reports that an extensive amount of toilet paper was strewn throughout the section. No damage to the affected areas. Unit block Berkley Dr reported at 12:12AM. Complainant reports that the mailbox and residence were vandalized with eggs and toiler paper causing about $100 in damage. DISORDERLY CONDUCT CITATIONS – 1500 block Clark Dr at 7:32PM. Police were on patrol in this area due to several reports of criminal mischief. Police observed several juveniles that were in possession of shopping bags that contained eggs, shaving cream, toilet paper and tooth paste. Five juveniles ranging in age from 14 to 15 years of age were issued non-traffic citations for disorderly conduct and parents were notified. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 100 block East Ferry Rd reported at 2:02PM. Police responded to the residence for an alarm activation. Police discovered that the house was forcibly entered via a ground floor window. The residence was searched by the LMTPD K-9 unit, but the house was found to be empty, the suspect (s) were not on scene and it appears that nothing was taken; the audible alarm may have scared them off. WANTED PERSON and DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd and Mt. Pleasant Dr at 8:01PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check of the 23 year old male driver from Bristol revealed that he was wanted on an outstanding warrant. A second male occupant, a 23 year old from Levittown was taken into police custody for the possession of drugs. Both were transported to police headquarters for processing. 10/28/09 THEFT – Unit block Williams Ln reported at 8:20PM. Victim reports that someone removed a pair of $100 Uggs boots from the unlocked vehicle overnight. Also the victim reported that back in September 2009 the vehicle was also entered and a $99 GPS was taken. 10/27/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF & GRAFFITI – Big Oak Rd and Oxford Valley Rd reported at 7:28AM. Construction site personnel reported that a construction trailer was spray painted with graffiti in the overnight hours. HARASSMENT & DISTURBANCE – Unit block of Oxford Valley Rd at the Shell Station, reported at 3:49PM. The complainant reports being in a verbal argument with an unknown white male. The suspect used racial slurs and then spit into the complainant’s face. The suspect was last seen fleeing the station toward the direction of New Jersey. 10/26/09 COMMERCIAL BURGLARY – 600 block Stony Hill Rd at Mail & More, reported at 10:46AM. Store owner reports that the property was entered, possibly sometime over the weekend and entry was made via a window. Some evidence was collected at the scene and about $2,000 in cash and checks were taken. DUI ARREST – Stony Hill Rd at Shady Brook Farm at 1:44PM. Police responded to a report of an auto accident. Further investigation led to the arrest of one of the drivers. A 48 year old male from Cranbury, NJ was taken into custody for driving under the influence. THEFT – 1400 block Heather Cir reported at 5:47PM. Victim reports that a weed trimmer and leaf blower with a combined value of $200 were taken from an unlocked shed. 10/25/09 FRAUD – 1200 block Polo Run Dr reported at 6:15PM. Victim reports that a fraudulent check written on the Wachovia bank account was used in New Jersey and Lower Makefield Twp to make purchases totaling $1,662.00. CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 2000 block S. Crescent Blvd reported at 11:56AM. Victim reports that Nike contacted her in regards to a purchase on a Visa card totaling $290, the purchase was not made by the victim. 10/24/09 MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS – Yardley Rd and Pine Grove Rd at 9:11PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and investigation led to multiple traffic citations being issued to the driver. The vehicle was impounded by police because the driver lacked the proper credentials. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Newtown-Yardley Rd and Mirror Lake Rd at 11:34AM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with towing required. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Langhorne-Yardley Rd and Stony Hill Rd at 4:06PM. Police responded to a three vehicle accident with minor injuries reported. 10/23/09 RETAIL THEFT – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Super Fresh supermarket, reported at 1:34PM. Store employees reported that a 55 year old white female removed $49.02 worth of merchandise from the store. She was taken into custody by responding officers and charged with summary Retail theft. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Heacock Rd and Cardinal Dr at 5:43PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with minor injuries reported. 10/22/09 THEFT – 1600 block Covington Rd reported at 9:00PM. Victim reports that a black leather coat and a leather brief case with a Dell laptop computer and a combine valued of $1,400 were taken from the vehicle overnight. DRUG ARREST – Unit block Mt. Eyre Rd reported at 2:02PM. Police responded to a residence about unwanted subjects inside. Investigation revealed that the two of subjects at the home were involved in drug possession and paraphernalia. The two, a male and a female were taken into custody for processing and records check revealed that the female was also wanted on an outstanding warrant from Bucks County. THEFT FROM VEHICLES: 600 block South Dove Rd reported at 7:45AM. Victim reports that overnight the unlocked vehicle was entered and an Ipod was taken. 2000 block Silverwood Dr reported at 10:25AM. Victim reports that overnight the unlocked vehicle was entered and an Ipod, GPS and phone charger were taken. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 500 block Aspen Woods Dr reported at 9:25AM. Victim reports that overnight the vehicle was entered, but nothing was taken. DUI ARREST – 1700 block Dobry Rd at 1:43AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the 21 year old male driver from LMT to be taken into custody for driving under the influence. 10/21/09 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – N. Pennsylvania Ave and Walnut Ln at 6:23PM. Police responded to a vehicle vs. bicyclist accident with injuries. DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 3:29PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the male driver for possessing several baggies of heroin and needles. 10/20/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 5700 Spruce Mill Dr reported at 7:26PM. Complainant reports that a scare crow decoration valued at $5 was damaged. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – SR-332 and Mirror Lake Rd at 1:56AM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident with injuries to the operator. 10/18/09 DRUG ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 10:40AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 31 year old male from Fairless Hills, PA. He had drugs in his possession and he also provided false identification. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – River Rd and E. Ferry Rd at 11:27AM. Police responded to a three vehicle accident. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1100 block Longshore Ln reported at 12:07PM. Complainant reports that a political sign valued at $120 was damaged. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Lindenhurst Rd and Autumn Dr at 4:30PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana and the 16 year old male juvenile was issued a non-traffic citation. UNDERAGE DRINKING – 300 block Newtown-Yardley Rd at 2:02AM. Police observed a 17 year old juvenile female from Levittown while on a vehicle stop. The female was issued a non-traffic citation for underage drinking. 10/17/09 WANTED PERSON – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 1:56PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation, including a records check on the 29 year old male from Morrisville indicated he was wanted on a federal immigration detainer. He was taken into police custody and a search of his person revealed multiple identifications from various states. UNDERAGE DRINKING – Big Oak and Oxford Valley Roads at 12:43AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for multiple traffic violations. Further investigation led to the two of the four 17 year old juvenile occupants to be issued non-traffic citations for underage drinking. 10/15/09 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Stony Hill Rd and Oxford Valley Rd at 7:42AM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident with towing of the vehicle. THEFT – 1500 block Makefield Rd at Pennwood Middle School reported at 2:00PM. A school official reported a theft from the girl’s locker room. Various items totaling about $200 were taken. 10/14/09 THEFT FROM VEHICLE – 1700 block Polo Run Dr reported at 8:28AM. Victim reports that overnight someone broke into the vehicle and took an XM radio and about $15 in change. A witness reports observing two persons looking around vehicles at about 3:00AM. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – Unit block Upper Hilltop Rd reported at 4:29PM. Victim reports that between 9:40AM and 4:20PM on this date, someone entered the residence via an unlocked rear door removed a 42 inch Vizio TV, a 26 inch Element TV, a Sony DVD player and a jewelry box containing about $9,000 worth of jewelry. The TV’s totaled about $1,100. 10/13/09 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Twining Rd and Heather Ridge Dr at 8:07PM. Police responded to a two vehicle crash with minor injuries reported, one vehicle overturned. THEFT – 1000 block Yorkshire Dr reported at 11:18AM. Victim reports that an American Express card was found inside a recovered stolen vehicle and that the card had been used at a retail establishment in Morrisville. THEFT FROM VEHICLES: 3300 block Sterling Rd reported at 8:49AM. Victim reports that overnight someone entered the vehicle and took a pair of sunglasses valued at $100. 3100 block Sterling Rd reported at 12:14PM. Victim reports that overnight someone entered the vehicle and took identification, credit cards and a $250 gift card. DRUG & FIREARMS ARREST – SR-332 and Lindenhurst Rd at 2:45PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the three male occupants of the vehicle for the possession of marijuana, heroin and other prescription type pills. Also in the possession of one of the defendants was a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun with two full magazines, it had been reported stolen out of Florida. The defendants are from Philadelphia, Bristol and the state of Florida. They were taken into custody for processing and arraigned before the district justice. 10/12/09 THEFT – 500 block Aspen Woods Dr reported at 7:24PM. Victim reports that an outdoor patio set valued at about $1,500 was taken sometime overnight Saturday into Sunday. MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS & ARREST – 300 block W. Trenton Ave at 10:36AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and this led to the arrest of the 19 year old male driver from Trenton, NJ. He was charged with providing false identification to police, obstruction and numerous traffic violations. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – SR-332 and I-95 at 10:56AM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident which subsequently resulted in one of the involved vehicles catching fire. Yardley-Makefield Fire Company responded to extinguish the fire. 10/11/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 600 block Friar Dr reported at 9:30AM. Complainant reports that sometime Friday night, someone damaged the mailbox. THEFT – 700 block Big Oak Rd reported at 3:03PM. Victim reports placing a purse on a desk and then walking upstairs. Upon returning back downstairs the purse was observed on a different desk and $92 in cash was discovered missing. 10/10/09 UNDERAGE DRINKING – 900 block Stony Hill Rd at Shady Brook Farm reported at 10:39PM. Police responded out to the above location for an intoxicated 16 year old female who was on the farm for a Halloween event. The female required medical attention and charges for underage drinking are pending. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 1600 block Kathy Dr reported at 3:50PM. A complainant reported that several males are inside a vehicle and smoking marijuana. Police located the target vehicle by Black Rock Rd and the Canal and conducted a traffic stop. The three juvenile males admitted to smoking marijuana and police recovered drug paraphernalia from the vehicle. All three were issued non-traffic citations for disorderly conduct and parents notified. 10/9/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 200 block Springdale Terr reported at 9:19PM. Complainant reports that a person operating a dark colored SUV smashed the window, post and mirror on their 1991 Honda. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – 800 block Township Line Rd at 9:46PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with towing required after a vehicle was struck and then crashed into a utility pole. RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE – 1500 block Esther Ln reported at 5:30PM. Police responded out to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle, a records check indicated that it been reported stolen out of LMT earlier in the month from the 700 block of Jade Rd. DUI ARREST – Taylorsville Rd and I-95 at 10:36PM. Police on a patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the 36 year old driver from Trenton, NJ was driving under the influence. 10/8/09 THEFT – Stony Hill Rd and Township Line Rd reported at 4:20PM. The complainant reports that a 4 foot by 8 foot blue political sign with the name of Burns on it was taken from the property. 10/6/09 ATTEMPTED COMMERCIAL BURGLARY – 100 block Floral Vale Blvd reported at 11:45AM. Complainant reports finding two screens removed from the ground level business and also finger smudges were observed on the window. This occurred between 10/2 and 10/5/09. 10/5/09 THEFT OF VEHICLE – 700 block Jade Rd reported at 7:31AM. Victim reports that a 2000 Acura 3.5TL was taken sometime overnight. The vehicle was left unlocked and spare keys were left inside. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 200 block Cinnabar Ln reported at 11:29AM. Complainant reports damage to a basement window that was caused by a BB gun. IDENTITY THEFT – Unit block Highland Dr reported at 4:24PM. Complainant reports that someone opened four different accounts using the complainants name and social security number. A charge of $1,291 was made at Best Buy. 10/4/09 THEFT – 1700 block Polo Run Dr reported at 10:52AM. Victim reports that a GPS valued at about $500 was taken from the vehicle sometime since 9/30/09. There were entry marks made on the vehicle. SOLICITATION CITATION – Glen Dr reported at 4:12PM. Police notified of solicitors in the area and upon arrival a 22 year old male was stopped for investigation. He was issued a non-traffic citation for soliciting without a permit. 10/3/09 MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS – Black Rock Rd and Ivy Rd reported at 2:16PM. Police received a call about dirt bikes being operated in the area of the Delaware Canal. Police arrived on scene and were able to track the operators and their bikes to a location on township property. The two male juveniles were operating the dirt bikes on township property and their parents were notified of the incident. Citations will be issued. THEFT FROM AUTO – 1400 block Polo Run Dr reported at 2:25PM. Victim reports hearing a car alarm sounding about 3:00AM and when looking out the window, nothing was seen. A later check of the victim’s vehicle revealed that a GPS and 100 audio CD’s with a combined value of about $1,400 were removed. 10/2/09 THEFT FROM AUTO – 100 block Hyde Park Pl reported at 11:55AM. Victim reports that sometime between 9/13 and 9/20/09 a buck knife valued at $20 was taken from the vehicle. AN ARREST WAS MADE IN THIS INCIDENT; it is connected to other thefts that occurred in the development and surrounding developments over the past few weeks. 10/1/09 THEFT – 600 block Piper Ln reported at 1:09PM. The victim, a lawn service contractor reports that two chain saws with a combined value of about $1,200 were taken on 9/29/09 between 8:30AM and 5:30PM.
