Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the 37 year old male driver provided false identifying information. He was taken into custody and processed. 5/30/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 200 block Meadow Dr reported at 11:52PM. Complainant reports that someone threw a cast iron gas main cover at the light post of the residence. The actors then fled on foot. 2000 block Leedoms Way reported at 12:30AM. Complainant reports that their mailbox was damaged by juveniles on foot. RETAIL THEFT – 61 Oxford Valley Rd at the Shell Station, reported at 1:47PM. Complainant a store employee reports that cigarettes valued at $61 were taken. The suspect is described as a white male, about 6’0” tall with dark colored hair and last seen operating a red VW Jetta. 5/29/09 WANTED PERSON – 500 block South Dove Rd at 9:44AM. Police served a warrant on a wanted male for failure to appear. He was taken into custody without incident and released to the Bucks County Sheriffs Department. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1200 block Evergreen Rd reported at 9:18AM. Complainant reports that the mailbox was damaged overnight. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENTS – Police responded to several accidents on the day shift and the vehicles were towed from the scene: Edgewood Rd and Langhorne-Yardley Rd at 2:42PM. Store employees report that a heavy set black male took about $140 worth of baby formula. He exited the store and was last seen fleeing in a brown colored vehicle with New Jersey registration east bound on W. Trenton Ave. ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 300 block Saly Rd reported at 2:50PM. Complainant reports that someone cut a ground floor screen to a window in the last 24 hours. Entry was not made to the residence. 5/27/09 FRAUD – 200 block Rock Run Rd reported at 2:17PM. Complainant reported the unauthorized use of a credit card in at the amount of $400. 5/26/09 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Heacock Rd at the Railroad Crossing at 12:51PM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident. The vehicle was towed. RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at Kohl’s Dept Store reported at 2:52PM. Store security detained a 48 year old female for taking merchandise under $150. She was taken into custody by police and processed at police headquarters. DUI ARREST – Edgewood Rd and Oxford Valley Rd at 12:02AM. Police stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the female driver for driving under the influence. 5/25/09 THEFT – Unit block Effingham Rd reported at 5:24PM. Complainant reported that several unlocked vehicles at the residence were entered overnight. Complainant reported that sometime on 5/20 someone entered a meeting room of the rectory and removed a 32” Element LCD TV valued at about $579. 5/23/09 THEFT – 5100 block Spruce Mill Dr reported at 4:50PM. Complainant reported that overnight someone removed an azalea bush valued at $45. THEFT – 200 block Valley Rd reported at 11:53AM. Complainant reported that a cell phone valued at $60 was taken from the vehicle overnight. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 600 block Rose Hollow Dr reported at 6:30PM. Complainant reported that overnight someone egged the residence. ATTEMPTED RETAIL THEFT – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Super Fresh Supermarket, reported at 7:30PM. Store employees reported that a white male with long black hair and in a pony tail gathered a basket of baby formula. The actor left the merchandise behind when confronted. The actor was last seen fleeing in a black 4 door sedan with P.A. registration plates and was operated by a white female. ATTEMPTED THEFT – Unit block Springdale Terr reported at 1:49AM. Complainant reported being alerted by the vehicle’s alarm. While investigating the complainant observed juveniles on foot and another looking inside the vehicle with the door open. The juveniles fled prior to police arrival. 5/22/09 DRUG ARREST – 200 block Oxford Valley Rd at 11:48AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the 18 year old male driver from Levittown was in possession of marijuana; he was taken into custody and processed. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Unit block of Hillside Ln reported at 7:47AM. Complainant reported that a lamp post valued at about $500 was damaged overnight. THEFT – Cornerstone Dr and Township Line Rd reported at 1:41PM. Complainant reported that flowers were taken from the entrance way to the development. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Stony Hill Rd and Langhorne-Yardley Rd at 3:10PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with no injuries; however a vehicle needed to be towed. FLEEING AND ELUDING ARREST – Stony Hill Rd at 4:50PM. Police were posted on a speed enforcement detail and a male driver failed to stop for police. The driver was followed by police and he did stop. The driver was taken into police custody and processed. 5/21/09 DRUG ARREST – 1000 block Edgewood Rd at 10:40PM. Police on patrol observed a vehicle in the area of the township mulch pile. The vehicle was stopped and further investigation revealed that the occupants were in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. The two males were taken into custody and processed at headquarters. 5/21/09 DUI ARREST – 1300 block Moon Dr at 3:56AM. Police responded to a one vehicle auto accident. Further investigation led to the arrest of the male driver from LMT for driving under the influence, he was taken into custody for processing. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Oxford Valley Rd and US Route 1 at 2:07AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation revealed that the operator had small pieces of marijuana in possession. The operator was issued a non-traffic citation. 5/20/09 DUI ARREST – 1000 block Stony Hill Rd at 7:22PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident and further investigation revealed that 38 year old male driver of the striking vehicle was driving under the influence. He was taken into custody for processing. RETAIL THEFT – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Super Fresh Supermarket, reported at 1:00PM. Store employees reported that $335.00 in baby formula was taken by two males, one male suspect is local to the Morrisville area. They fled the area. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF (GRAFFITI) – Several incidents of graffiti were reported to the Community Relations Unit by the Lower Makefield Twp. Neighborhood Watch Coordinator at 3:30PM: Kings Rd and Ramsey Rd – A stop sign was spray painted, the face of the sign was painted with the male sex organs. Queens Rd and Viscount Dr – A stop sign was spray painted, the face of the sign was painted with the word STOP in gray. The signs have since been cleaned by T.A.G. (Towns Against Graffiti). 5/19/09 THEFTS: 600 block Springdale Dr reported at 7:48PM. Complainant reported that someone took his black BMX bicycle frame, white chain and fork, blue grips and purple seat clamp with silver cranks from the front lawn. 2000 block Leedoms Dr reported at 8:21PM. Complainant reported that overnight someone removed a gazing ball valued at $100. HIT and RUN ACCIDENT – Heacock Rd at the Railroad Crossing at 9:31PM. Police responded to a three vehicle accident. The striking vehicle fled the scene prior to police arrival. Police were able to follow a trail of fluids from the striking vehicle to a residence on Bridle Estates Dr. Charges are pending at this time. Store security detained three juveniles for taking merchandise and not making payment. They were taken into police custody and recommended for Youth Aid. DRUG ARREST – 900 block Roelofs Rd at 2:46PM. Police responded to the report of a person lying on the ground. Police located two persons a female and a male and further investigation led to the arrest of the female from Levittown for drug possession. The male half of this incident was cited for disorderly conduct. The female was taken into custody for processing. NON-REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENTS – Police responded to several minor accidents on the day shift: Oxford Oaks Shopping Center at 12:43PM. Two vehicles involved. 500 block Washington Crossing Rd at 12:42PM. Two vehicles involved. 5/18/09 UNDERAGE DRINKING – Oxford Valley Rd and Big Oak Rd at 10:34PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation revealed that the three occupants had alcohol. The three occupants age 16 to 17 have been recommended for Youth Aid. 5/17/09 DUI & ARREST – Stony Hill Rd and Township Line Rd at 11:56PM. Police responded to an auto accident at this location and further investigation led to the arrest of the female driver who was driving under the influence. The accident also caused damage to some curbing and signs. She was taken into custody for processing. THEFT – Unit block Colonial Dr reported at 5:49PM. Complainant reported that overnight on 5/14/09 someone entered the vehicle and took a Dewalt jig saw valued at about $150. 5/15/09 THEFT – Unit block Noreen Dr reported at 7:25PM. Complainant reported that between 5/11 and 5/15 someone took a Colt Python handgun from the home. COMMERCIAL BURGLARY – 700 block Floral Vale Blvd reported at 10:22PM. Police responded to alarm activation at a medical office, the premises was secure at the time. At 12:00AM the owner of the office advised police that money had been taken from a petty cash drawer, the amount taken is unknown at this time. The owner believes it is someone who has access with keys, since there was no forced entry. THEFTS: Unit block Riverdale Rd reported at 7:10AM. Complainant reported that a laptop and a guitar with a total value of $3,000 were taken from the unlocked car overnight. 2000 block Sylvan Terr reported at 7:10AM. Complainant reported that music CD’s valued at about $150 was taken from the vehicle, but they were recovered by the residence mailbox. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 500 block Palmer Farm Dr reported at 9:07AM. Complainant reported that the residence was egged overnight. DUI & ARREST – Lindenhurst Rd at 5:59PM. Police on a speed enforcement detail took the male driver of one vehicle from Dublin, PA into custody for driving under the influence. DUI & ARREST – 1000 block N.Elbow Ln at 4:28AM. Police on patrol observed a suspicious occupied vehicle and the vehicle had 4 occupants. Further investigation led to the arrest of the driver for being under the influence and furnishing alcohol to minors and also drug possession. Two other occupants of the vehicle were cited for underage drinking. 5/13/09 NON-REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – 1300 block Dolington Rd at 12:31PM. Police responded to a minor two vehicle accident which also caused property damage to a residence’s shrubs. MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS – Pine Grove Rd and Big Oak Rd at 1:22AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the male driver being cited for multiple offenses. The vehicle was towed from the scene. WANTED PERSON – I-95 and SR-332 at 3:47AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the male driver from Bristol to be taken into custody for a warrant out of Lancaster County. 5/12/09 THEFTS: 1000 block Stony Hill Rd at the Hampton Inn, reported at 11:19AM. A hotel guest, the complainant reported that a $500 gold bracelet is missing. 1000 block Edgewood Rd at the township baseball complex, reported at 1:11PM. Complainant reported that a baseball equipment bag and the contents valued at about $500 were taken from the ball field. 5/11/09 RETAIL THEFT – 1500 block Big Oak Rd reported 4:08PM. Store security stopped a juvenile female for taking merchandise and not making payment. Police were notified and she was cited and released to into the custody of her parents. 5/10/09 THEFTS: 100 block Arborlea Ave reported at 8:47PM. Complainant reported that between 7:30PM and 11:30PM on 5/9 someone entered the unlocked vehicle and took a Garmin GPS valued at about $200. 500 block Keswick Dr reported at 10:18PM. Complainant reported that sometime overnight someone entered the unlocked vehicle and took a Magellan GPS valued at about $150 and numerous credit cards. 300 block Springdale Terr reported at 8:51AM. Complainant reported that sometime overnight someone removed a Nextel cell phone and charger from the vehicle. A noise was heard by the complainant at about 1:30AM. The complainant stated observing 3 teens leaving his driveway. 700 block Gordon Dr reported at 9:09AM. Complainant reported that overnight someone removed $20 in U.S.C. and GPS unit valued at about $200. DUI ARREST – 400 block Stony Hill Rd at 11:10PM. Police were advised of speeding and reckless motorist in the area of SR-332. Police located the target vehicle and it was stopped. Further investigation revealed that the female driver was driving under the influence and she was taken into custody for processing. 5/9/09 HIT AND RUN – Edgewood Rd and Makefield Rd at 9:46PM. The complainant a 15 year old was riding his bicycle and was bumped by a passing vehicle and knocked to the ground. The juvenile sustained a minor leg injury and the only description available is a black Honda Accord and was last seen traveling east on Black Rock Rd. DUI and ACCIDENT – Pine Grove Rd at 5:39AM. Police responded to a one vehicle auto accident. Further investigation led to the arrest of the female driver for driving under the influence. She was taken into custody for processing. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 100 block Floral Vale Blvd. Police responded to a disturbance between businesses. Apparently the property of the complaining business owner was observed inside the vehicle of the employees of the other business. Two employees from that business who took the property (signs) were cited for disorderly conduct. 5/8/09 THEFT – 17000 block Cornerstone Dr reported at 2:00PM. Complainant reported that a laptop computer and three Canon Cameras with a total value of about $4,000 were taken from the vehicle overnight. 5/8/09 CREDIT CARD FRAUD – Unit block Maplevale Dr reported at 4:58PM. Complainant reported that someone used their Chase Visa card to make multiple purchases of $629.27 at various retail stores. 5/7/09 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – River Rd at Fenwood Pl at 8:40PM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident. A vehicle struck a utility pole, the driver sustained a minor injury and the car was towed. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 100 block E.Ferry Rd reported 11:48AM. Complainant reported that the mailbox and post were vandalized overnight. 5/6/09 PUBLIC DRUNK – 1600 block Big Oak Rd at the Oxford Oaks Shopping Center at 1:33PM. Police responded to a call of a suspicious person by the Sovereign Bank. Investigation revealed that the male from Langhorne was drunk. He was cited for public drunkenness. 5/5/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1000 block Floral Vale Blvd reported at 7:30AM. Complainant of the construction company reported that overnight someone hot wired a fork lift and drove it around the site and destroyed a fence. RETAIL THEFT – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Kohl’s Dept. Store reported at 12:07PM. A store employee reported that two white males removed three digital cameras valued at about $342.00. They were last seen fleeing in a grey colored Toyota bearing a P.A. registration plate. 5/3/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 300 block Ramsey Rd reported at 5:44AM. Complainant reported that the mailbox and post valued at about $200 was knocked over. THEFT – 1700 block Westover Rd reported at 2:43PM. Complainant reported that the vehicle had been entered and items were removed. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – 2300 block Yardley Rd at 12:44PM. Police responded to a 4 vehicle accident. This accident is still under investigation, police confiscated drug paraphernalia from one of the drivers involved and further charges could be pending. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – River Rd by the Boat Ramp Access at 2:02PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with injuries. 5/2/09 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Heacock Rd and Oxford Valley Rd at 6:30PM. Police responded to a 3 vehicle accident with two vehicles removed by tow. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1400 block Woodside Rd at the Makefield Highlands Golf Course, reported at 1:26AM. Police on patrol observed a vehicle turfing the golf course. The male juvenile driver of the vehicle was apprehended and he appeared to be under the influence. WANTED PERSON – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 11:28AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and a records check revealed that the 28 year old male driver is wanted on several outstanding warrants. Further investigation revealed the male was in possession of drugs and is also a parole violator. The male was taken into custody for processing. THEFT – 100 block Tudor Ln reported at 10:56AM. Complainant reported that sometime between 4/11 and 4/13/09 a GPS valued at $274 was taken from the vehicle. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Unit block Highland Dr reported at 11:11AM.
