Police responded to a two vehicle accident with injuries and this intersection being closed, while the accident was under investigation. A trash truck rolled onto a passenger vehicle. THEFT – 100 block Kathy Dr reported at 2:45PM. Complainant reports that items valued at about $305 were taken from the vehicle. 7/30/09 DRUG ARREST – East Ferry Rd and the Delaware Canal at 9:26AM. Police were investigating a suspicious vehicle and further investigation led to the arrest of the 33 year old male from Morrisville. He had an outstanding warrant and was also in possession of heroin. THEFT – 100 block Kathy Dr reported at 3:15AM. Complainant reports that a window on the vehicle was damaged and a change purse was taken. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1400 block Overlook Rd reported at 8:45AM. Complainant reports that the vehicle was egged overnight. 500 block Freedom Dr reported at 5:39PM. Complainant reports that a vehicle was vandalized overnight and noise was heard outside at about 9:30PM. The damage was discovered the following day. SOLICITATION CITATION – 1300 block Colony Way reported at 5:07PM. Police were advised of solicitors in the neighborhood soliciting without a permit. The individual was located and the company was issued a citation for soliciting without a permit. 7/29/09 RETAIL THEFT ARREST – 1600 Big Oak Rd at the Kohl’s Dept Store reported at 8:08PM. Store security detained two females from Newtown for taking merchandise without making payment. They were released into police custody for processing. THEFT - Unit block Crown Terr., reported at 12:39PM. Complainant reports that a pair of sunglasses was taken from the vehicle on 7/27/09. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 500 block W. Trenton Ave reported at 5:52PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the male driver being cited for disorderly conduct for possessing a small amount of drugs. 7/28/09 THEFTS: 1600 block Kathy Dr reported at 6:19AM. Complainant reports that the vehicle was broken into and items taken, the items were recovered by an arrest. Unit block Oxford Valley Rd at the Shell Station reported at 7:45AM. Complainant reports that the rear bumper of the car including the registration plate was taken. 1200 block Evergreen Rd reported at 9:42AM. Complainant reports that items valued at about $300 were taken from the unlocked car. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 1000 block Evergreen Rd reported at 9:05AM. Complainant reports that someone entered the vehicle and took items, the items were recovered in a neighbor’s yard. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1900 block Sylvan Terr reported at 9:19AM. Complainant reports that feces were left inside the mailbox. 1100 block Temple Dr reported at 11:22AM. Complainant reports that the mailbox valued at $150 was smashed overnight. 900 block Kathy Dr reported at 11:30AM. Complainant reports that a rear window on the vehicle was smashed out. 7/28/09 THEFT ARREST – Kathy Dr at 3:35AM. Police received a call from the complainant, who observed two black males going through cars and hiding property. The two actors then fled in a red colored Ford SUV. The information about the vehicle was given out over police radio to surrounding police departments. Falls Township police located the target vehicle in their jurisdiction and stopped it, and property that was inside the vehicle was identified by a victim from Kathy Dr in LMT. Both actors were taken into police custody and taken to LMTPD Headquarters for processing and charges are still being compiled. 7/27/09 THEFTS: These incidents occurred in the overnight hours. 1300 block Heller Dr reported at 2:07PM. Complainant reports that the unlocked vehicle was entered and a GPS valued at $350 was taken. 7/26/09 THEFT – 1700 block River Rd reported at 7:13PM. Complainant reports that a trailer hitch valued at $30 was taken from the vehicle. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Unit block North Homestead Dr reported at 3:59PM. Complainant reports that the residence was egged overnight. 7/25/09 THEFTS - These incidents occurred in the overnight hours and most of the vehicles were left unlocked: Unit block Austin Rd reported at 8:01AM. Complainant reports that two vehicles were entered and cigarettes, a pair of sunglasses and about 20 music CD’s with a total value of $562 were taken. Unit block Wilbur Rd reported at 9:01AM. Complainant reports that an IBM laptop, a make-up bag, black purse and a red Jack George laptop bag with a total combined value of $3,270 were taken from the vehicle. The complainant also said that the keys to the vehicle and a garage door opener were left in the vehicle and that the vehicle had been taken for a joy ride and returned. Complainant reports that a Motorola razor cell phone, digital camera, Motorola Trac cell phone and a wristlet purse with a total value of about $515 were taken from the vehicle. Unit block Concord Ln reported at 9:49AM. Complainant reports that a Samsung camera, sunglasses and 15music CD’s with a total value of about $430 were taken from the vehicle. Unit block Knoll Dr reported at 3:48PM. Complainant reports that a Mio Knightrider GPS unit, insurance and registration cards were taken from the vehicle. THEFT – 900 block Baron Dr reported at 11:04AM. Complainant reports that gas valued at $54 was taken from the vehicle’s tank overnight. DRUG ARREST – East Ferry Rd and Buckingham Way at 2:22PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of a 23 year female from Shippensburg, PA for the possession of drug paraphernalia and heroin. ATTEMPTED THEFT – Unit block Concord Ln reported at 3:15AM. Complainant reported observing two white male juveniles near the vehicle and looking inside. As police were surveying the area for the males, an LMT police officer became engaged in a foot pursuit of two males. However, the males ran into a heavily wooded area in the area of Maplevale Dr and Taylorsville Rd by I-95. Some property was recovered by police. NOTE: If a resident has had their vehicle entered and it has not been reported to the police, please do so as soon as possible. Some property has been recovered and is in the custody of the LMTPD awaiting to be identified by the owner(s). 7/24/09 DUI ARREST – SR-332 and Stony Hill Rd at 11:11PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the female driver for driving under the influence. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 300 block Arborlea Ave reported at 11:19PM. Complainant reports finding a white male pulling on car doors and was last seen fleeing toward Maplewood Dr. The suspect pulled his shirt over his head as he was fleeing. THEFT – 1800 Lynbrook Dr reported at 8:32AM. Complainant reports that four rims and tires valued at $4,000 were taken off the vehicle. Also there is minor damage to the vehicle. RETAIL THEFT – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at the CVS Pharmacy reported at 4:35PM. Store employee reports that a black female took about $41 in merchandise from the store. DRUG ARREST – River Rd and East Ferry Rd at 2:49PM. Police on patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle and further investigation led to the arrest of the 69 year old male driver from Hamilton, N.J. and a 27 year old female passenger from Ewing, N.J. Criminal charges included drug possession, prostitution and other related charges. Both were taken into custody for processing. 7/23/09 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Taylorsville Rd and Maplevale Dr at 6:36AM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident; car vs. motorcycle. Minor injuries were reported. THEFT – 200 block Yellow Springs Ct reported at 8:43AM. Complainant reports that overnight a window on the vehicle was broken out. Various items, including a Sony camera, sunglasses and head phones totaling about $270 were taken. 7/22/09 THEFT – 600 block Pennsdale Dr reported at 7:44AM. Complainant reports that mail was taken from the mailbox. INSTITUTIONAL VANDALISM – 1600 block Quarry Rd at the Quarry Hill Elementary School reported at 8:15AM. School staff reports that the sign outside the school had minor damage to it. 7/21/09 ATTEMPTED THEFT – Unit block Riverdale Rd reported at 6:47PM. Complainant reports that someone entered the garage and attempted to cut a bike lock off a refrigerator to possibly get beer. DRUG ARREST – Marlboro Rd at 4:58PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the male driver from LMT being charged with the possession of a small amount of drugs. 7/20/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1200 block Pebble Ct reported at 12:16PM. Complainant reports that the mailbox valued at $250 was damaged overnight. 100 block Crestview Way reported at 2:05PM. Complainant reports that a tire on the vehicle was slashed between 7/17 and 7/18/09. FALSE IDENTIFICATION – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 5:34PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the 25 year old male driver being taken into police custody for providing police with a false name. 7/18/09 THEFT – 800 block Kilby Dr reported at 8:50AM. Complainant reports that a GPS valued at $100 was taken overnight from the unlocked vehicle. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Lindenhurst Rd by Hillside Dr at 12:14PM. Police responded to a five vehicle accident with injuries reported. Several vehicles also had to be removed by tow. 7/17/09 DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 700 block Township Line Rd reported at 4:09PM. Police were advised of two subjects in a van and inhaling helium. On arrival police located two males in a van and further investigation revealed that they were inhaling helium from a tank inside the van. Both defendants were cited for disorderly conduct. THEFT – 100 block Elm Ave reported at 2:01AM. Police on patrol recovered a GPS in the area of Birch and Elm Ave. The owner was located and the victim in this case reports that it was taken from the vehicle sometime after 10:00PM. 7/16/09 REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Heacock Rd and Langhorne-Yardley Rd at 1:41PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident and both vehicles had to be removed by towed. Injuries to the drivers were reported. 7/15/09 THEFT – 200 block Cinnabar Ln reported at 6:12PM. Complainant reports that overnight Sunday the vehicle was entered and $50 was taken from the wallet. 7/14/09 THEFTS – All attempted thefts and theft from vehicles occurred in the overnight hours and the vehicles were left unlocked: 1100 block Daffodil Dr reported at 7:15PM. Complainant reports that $20 in loose change was taken from the vehicle. 100 block Mountain Oaks Dr – Complainant reports that $10 in US currency was taken from the vehicle. 200 block Cinnabar Ln – Complainant reports that an insurance card was taken from the vehicle. 100 block Cinnabar Ln – Complainant reports that $15 in US currency was taken from the vehicle. 200 block Hyacinth Dr – Complainant reports an attempted theft from vehicle, it doesn’t appear if anything was taken. THEFT – 400 block Ramsey Rd reported at 4:06PM. Complainant’s report being at a party and a Sunoco Gas card was taken from a purse and used at a local gas station. A second complainant reports having numerous credit cards taken. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1100 block Daffodil Dr reported at 3:51AM. Complainant reports that someone broke a glass sliding door causing about $1,000 in damage. Complainant reports observing a vehicle leave the area. 7/13/09 VEHICLE THEFT – 700 block Kathy Dr reported at 12:27PM. Complainant reports that a 2006 Honda CBR1000 motorcycle valued at about $8,000 was taken overnight. COMMERICAL BURGLARY – 1000 block Floral Vale Blvd reported at 2:28PM. Complainant reports that cooper wire and scraps valued at about $2,500 were taken from a storage room at the construction site overnight. THEFT – 100 block Floral Vale Blvd reported at 2:53PM. Complainant reports that about $450 was taken from her purse while at the Daycare. WANTED PERSON – 500 block W. Trenton Ave reported at 3:21PM. Police on patrol observed a wanted person by this location. Police took the male into custody and he was transferred into the custody of the Bucks County Sheriffs Dept. THEFT – 8700 block Spruce Mill Dr reported at 2:45PM. Complainant reports that a diamond ring valued at about $6,000 was taken from the residence. 7/12/09 THEFT & CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2000 block E. Wellington Rd reported at 8:43AM. Complainant reports that the registration plate for a trailer was taken and vulgarities were spray painted on a pick up truck overnight. 7/11/09 RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY ARREST – 500 block W. Trenton Ave at 8:05PM. Police on patrol made a records check on a P.A. registration plate that was being displayed on a vehicle and the check revealed that plate was reported stolen. The 46 year old female driver from Wilkes Barre, PA was taken into police custody and processed. DUI ARREST – Edgewood Rd and Whitehall Ln reported at 9:15PM. Police were advised of a one vehicle accident and upon further investigation police the 33 year old male from LMT will be charged for driving under the influence, he was transported to the hospital for minor injuries. PUBLIC DRUNK – SR-332 at 9:17PM. Police were advised of a possible intoxicated female walking along Newtown-Yardley Rd (SR-332). On arrival in the area police located the 39 year old female from Langhorne. She was cited by police for public drunkenness and released to a family member. ATTEMPTED RETAIL THEFT – 1500 block Big Oak Rd at the Kohl’s Dept. Store reported at 5:24PM. A store employee reports that 3 white males attempted to take a vacuum cleaner valued at $599.00. They were last seen southbound on Oxford Valley Rd. 7/10/09 THEFTS - These thefts from vehicle occurred in the overnight hours: 1600 block Kathy Dr reported at 6:12AM. Complainant reports that a GPS and a briefcase that contained files were taken from the vehicle. A passenger side window was broken out to gain access to the car. The briefcase was later recovered in Falls Township. 800 block Slate Hill Rd reported at 7:32AM. Complainant reports that a GPS valued at $200 was taken from the vehicle, a passenger window was broken out. 1600 block Kathy Dr reported at 5:59AM. Complainant reports that two vehicles were forcibly entered, a window was broken out. Various items, including credit cards were taken. 500 block Liberty Dr reported at 2:24PM. Complainant reports that a Bluetooth headset, music CD’s, a wristwatch and a GPS were taken from 2 vehicles overnight of 7/8/09. The total value of the items is about $2,000. ATTEMPTED THEFT FROM AUTO – 800 block Slate Hill Rd reported at 8:01AM. Complainant reports an attempted theft from the vehicle. RETAIL THEFT & WANTED PERSON – 1500 block Big Oak Rd reported at 12:54PM. Store security detained a subject for taking $108 worth of merchandise. Another accomplice was wanted by on an outstanding warrant from Bucks County. Both were taken into police custody for processing and sent to Bucks County Prison. 7/9/09 THEFTS – All attempted thefts and thefts from vehicle occurred in the overnight hours: 400 block Ramsey Rd reported at 7:28AM. Complainant reports that an Ipod and cell phone with a value of about $200 were taken from the vehicle. 1000 block Darby Rd reported at 8:29AM. Complainant reports that a cell phone, sunglasses were taken from two vehicles. 600 block Burgundy Pl reported at 8:55AM. Complainant reports that a GPS and a camera with a value of about $250 were taken from the vehicle. 400 block Kings Rd reported at 9:35AM. Complainant reports that $5 in change, tokens and a $200 GPS were taken from the vehicle. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 400 block Ramsey Rd reported at 8:26AM. Complainant reports that the vehicle was ransacked, but it appears nothing was taken. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 600 block Grindan Dr reported at 8:47AM. Complainant reports about $500 in damage to a light post. 7/8/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1200 block Waterwheel Dr reported at 1:00PM. Complainant reports that between 7/2 and 7/5/09 eggs were threw at the residence. WANTED PERSON – Unit block Maplevale Dr reported at 1:31AM. Police received a report of a suspicious occupied vehicle. On arrival police located the target vehicle and further investigation revealed that the 43 year old female occupant from Feasterville, PA was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant out of Montgomery County. She was taken into custody. 7/7/09 DRUG ARREST – Yardley Rd and Edgewood Rd at 7:45PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 19 year old female driver for drug possession. She was taken into police custody for processing. DUI ARREST – Woodside Rd and Delaware Rim Dr at 2:18AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to the arrest of the 47 year old male driver from Hamilton, N.J. for driving under the influence. 7/6/09 COMMERCIAL BURGLARY – 1000 block Stony Hill Rd at the Dunkin Donuts, reported at 9:07AM. Complainant, store employees report that force was used to enter the Dunkin Donuts overnight. The entry possible happened at about 2:07AM and it appears nothing was taken at this time, the actor(s) attempted to gain access to the cash register. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1100 block Dickenson Dr reported at 2:58PM. Complainant reports returning from vacation and discovered that the mailbox post had been smashed causing about $100 in damage. 7/5/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 400 block Cedar Hollow Dr reported at 9:17AM. Complainant reports that since 6/3/09 someone broke & removed a locking mechanism from a gate to the fence. 200 block Rock Run Dr reported at 10:08AM. Complainant reports that overnight the antenna, windshield wipers and a quarter panel on the vehicle were damaged. 7/3/09 DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Taylorsville Rd and I-95 at 11:13PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation revealed that the two occupants were in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Both will be cited for disorderly conduct. DUI & ARREST – Oakdale Rd and Pennsdale Rd at 5:11AM. Complainant reports being followed by another vehicle. Police located the reported vehicle and attempted to make a traffic stop. The vehicle fled from the police car, but was eventually stopped and the further investigation revealed that the male operator was driving under the influence. 7/3/09 MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS – Heacock Rd by Oxford Valley Rd at 1:37PM. Police on patrol observed a motorcycle being operated on the bicycle path. Police signaled the operator to stop, but the motorcyclist fled. Charges have been filed by the investigating officer. 7/2/09 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 300 block Robinhood Dr reported at 7:02PM. Complainant reports that overnight someone spray painted the male genitals on the surface of the driveway and ketchup was placed on the mailbox. REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Langhorne-Yardley Rd and Township Line Rd at 10:48AM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with towing of the vehicles required. THEFT – 1200 block Belgrave Crescent reported at 3:45PM. Complainant a Comcast employee reports that equipment valued at about $505 was taken from the Comcast Cable work van. 7/1/09 SOLICITORS – Unit block Harvey Dr reported at 7:30PM. Police on patrol located solicitors in the area soliciting without a permit. The two males were issued non-traffic citations under the township soliciting ordinance. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 900 block Kathy Dr reported at 9:30PM. Complainant reports that sometime during the daytime entry to the residence was made without force. Several ceramic figurines were taken. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Unit block N.Homestead Dr reported at 10:00PM. Complainant reports that ketchup was thrown into an unlocked vehicle and the male genitalia were spray painted on the surface of the driveway. ATTEMPTED THEFT – 1500 block Miller Pl reported at 7:11AM. Complainant reports that the interior of the vehicle was ransacked overnight, but nothing appears to be missing.
