DUI ARREST – Leslie Ln at 1:16AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the male juvenile.

12/29/09

WANTED PERSON – Fox Hollow Rd and Stony Hill Rd at 12:33PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check on a female occupant Guiselle Rivera revealed that she had was wanted on a warrant from Bucks County. She was taken into police custody.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 900 block Yorkshire Dr reported at 1:36PM. Complainant reports that someone drove across the front lawn and damaged the Christmas decorations valued at about $60.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Unit block Patrick Ln reported at 8:34AM. Complainant reports that the vehicle’s rear window was damaged by an unknown object.

DRUG ARREST – Willow Pond Dr and Hummingbird Ct at 12:34AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation by police led to the arrest of Dmitry Shafir age 22 for the possession of marijuana and multiple vehicle code violations.

12/27/09

THEFT – 900 block Pickering Dr reported at 12:12PM. Complainant reports that on 12/16/09 someone forcibly entered the vehicle and removed an EZ Pass transponder, vehicle registration and insurance card.

DUI ARREST – Big Oak Rd and Oxford Valley Rd at 2:13AM. Police responded to an auto accident at this location. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 21 year old driver from Horsham, PA for driving under the influence.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Twig Ln reported at 2:03AM. Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle parked in front of the residence. Police located the vehicle which was occupied and further investigation revealed that William Morrison age 20 of Lower Makefield was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Morrison is to be issued a citation for the possession.

THEFT – 300 block Saly Rd reported at 4:00PM. Complainant reports that a purchase of $320.99 was placed on his debit card from Best Buy.com.

12-21-09

COMPUTER FRAUD – 1700 block Dobry Rd reported at 1:10PM. Complainant reports that someone accessed his Facebook account and sent the complainants friends messages that he was in trouble and money needed to be sent as soon as possible to London, England. One friend did send an amount of $1,100.

REPORTABLE ACCIDENT – Edgewood Rd and Heacock Rd at 2:58PM. Police responded to a two vehicle auto accident at this location. The striking vehicle did not stop after the crash and continued on and police located the striking vehicle at Stony Hill Rd by Township Line Rd. Police had to use a marked police vehicle to stop the striking vehicle, which did have heavy front end damage. The accident is currently still under investigation.

DUI ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd and Mt. Pleasant Dr at 3:47AM. Police stopped a vehicle for traffic violations, further investigation led to the arrest of the female driver from Michigan.

12-16-09

DUI ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd at 10:10PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for traffic violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 19 year old male driver from Levittown for driving under the influence.

DRUG ARREST – Unit block Mt. Eyre Rd reported at 6:05PM. A police narcotics investigation led to the arrest of Christopher Ryan 24 of Lower Makefield for the possession of drugs.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1000 block Buckingham Way reported at 11:42AM. Two complainants’s reported observing a white four door Ford parked in the street in front of the effected residence. As they continued to drive by the observed a clean cut male, about 25 to 30 years of age sitting in the driver’s seat. As the complainants continued driving they observed two more males walking from the rear of the residence toward the car. Police were called and on arrival it was discovered that the residence was entered by force in the rear. Several bedrooms were found ransacked and the homeowner is compiling a list of items taken.

FRAUD – 100 block Coventry Ct reported at 1:00PM. Complainant reports receiving an email from what appeared to be a close friend in England. The email said that the friend needed money as soon as possible for an emergency. The complainant wired $1,400 to an address listed in the email. The complainant learned from the friend that she had been a victim of identity theft.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Unit block Bedford Pl reported at 9:27PM. Complainant reports that eggs were thrown at the residence, no permanent damage.

THEFT – 200 block Stony Hill Rd reported at 12:15PM. Complainant reports that a family member used the banking information from another family member to withdraw $80 from the bank account.

CREDIT CARD FRUAD – 1900 block Berrel Ct reported at 7:24PM. Complainant reports being contacted by Bank of America that the San Jose California Police Department arrested a person attempting to open an account using the complainant’s information.

THEFT ARREST – 700 block Stony Hill Rd at 7:48PM. The victim reported loading groceries into her vehicle and a white male approached her and grabbed her purse from the shopping cart. The victim gave chase and yelled out to the defendant that she had his car keys. The defendant returned and gave the purse back to the victim and apologized. Using information from the defendant’s vehicle and other information from the victim, the defendant identified as Nicholas Altimari, age 23 of Lower Makefield Twp was taken into custody by police. He was found walking back to his residence. Bail was set at $150,000.

ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 1900 block Sylvan Terr reported at 4:35PM. Complainant reports that someone broke a window on the garage door, but no entry was made.

12/13/09

ATTEMPTED THEFT – 1700 block N. Dove Rd reported at 7:05PM. Complainant reported observing a person going through his vehicle. The complainant chased the actor, who is described as being a white male, about 6’0” and 200lbs and last seen wearing a white hat and an Addidas stripped jacket. Nothing is reported missing from the vehicle.

THEFT – 900 block Lehigh Dr reported at 12:46PM. Complainant reports that mufflers valued at about $700 were taken from the vehicle.

ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY – 600 block Rose Hollow Dr reported at 4:18PM. Complainant reports finding a back window screen bent, but no entry was made.

12/12/09

REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Edgewood Rd and Heacock Rd at 1:02PM. Police responded to a two vehicle accident with injuries reported and both vehicles needed to be towed from the scene.

D.U.I.  – Edgewood Rd and Heacock Rd at 4:20AM. Police on patrol observed a male passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle and parked on the lawn of the Masonic Lodge. The engine of the vehicle was still running and the male was unresponsive at attempts to awaken him. Police gained entry to the vehicle and the male driver was transported to the hospital and charges for DUI are pending.

RECOVERED STOLEN AUTO – River Rd at E. Ferry Rd reported at 6:05AM. Complainant reported that there is a vehicle in the Delaware River. The vehicle, a blue Toyota with N.J. registration plates was about in the river about 50 feet from the shoreline. The owner of the vehicle was not aware that he had been stolen.

FRAUD – 1700 block Partridge Rd reported at 10:08AM. Complainant reports that someone used a VISA debit card to make purchases totaling about $1,105.86.

REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Big Oak Rd at Pine Cone Dr at 10:52AM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident, car vs. a utility pole. The striking vehicle took out the utility pole with a transformer attached; this caused a power outage in the area for several hours.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 1200 block Landmark Dr reported at 4:00PM. Complainant reports that unauthorized charges were placed on a credit card at a store located in New York. The complainant reports using the card at this store, but additional charges were placed on the card.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Unit block Oxford Valley Rd at 9:21AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations and further investigation led to Charles Pettit age 45 of Morrisville, PA being cited for the small possession of drugs and he also received several traffic citations for the vehicle violations.

12/6/09

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1700 block Jockeys Way reported at 5:56PM. Complainant reports that between 4:30PM and 5:45PM, someone damaged the Christmas lights valued at about $50.

REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – 200 block Big Oak Rd at 3:33PM. Police responded to a one vehicle accident, car vs. a residence. The driver of the vehicle drove off the roadway and through some shrubs; then struck a fence, a parked car and then finally the residence. There were no injuries reported, however, there was structural damage to the residence

RETAIL THEFT – 600 block Stony Hill Rd at the Rite Aid reported at 8:44AM. Store employees report that a white male in his 40’s took two cartons of Marlboro cigarettes with a value of $113.08.

THEFT – 2000 block Silverwood Dr reported at 4:39PM. Complainant reports that a Christmas decoration; a snowman valued at about $75 was taken from the front lawn.

REPORTABLE AUTO ACCIDENT – Pine Grove Rd and Big Oak Rd at 3:35PM. Police responded to a two vehicle auto accident with no injuries, but one vehicle was towed.

THEFT – 1400 block Greenmeadows Rd reported at 10:30AM. Complainant reports that Christmas light bulbs valued at about $30 were taken.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 1500 block Marsha Terr. Reported at 10:53AM. Complainant reports the unauthorized use of a credit card with merchandise to be sent to Ohio. The purchase was preempted by the credit card company and the complainant.

THEFTS:

1300 block Moon Dr reported at 1:58PM. Complainant reports that a P.A. registration plate was removed from a vehicle parked by the residence.

100 block Mt. Eyre Rd reported at 10:12AM. Complainant reports that someone removed two white ornament angels valued at $25 from the yard.

900 block Gainsway Rd reported at 3:18PM. Complainant reports that a known subject to the family removed jewelry from the residence. Three VISA debit cards belonging to the complainant were also recovered from a retail store at the Oxford Valley Mall.
